Uni-Bel Sp. z o.o. Ltd, which continues the operations of P.B. UNIBUD and P.U.H. BEL has been doing renovation, construction and installation works in the premises of our company in Elbląg since 1999. It involves modernisation of offices and production workshops in the following scope: 1) construction works: foundations, floors, walls, finishing and trimming works, roofing; wall padding, PCV and ALU door and window frames brick facades renovation 2) electrical works: low voltage, thunder protection and telephone systems; switching stations; design and measurements; 3) central heating, air-conditioning and design. Very many building technologies have been applied, among them: 1) epoxy and acrylic floor coating; 2) renovation wall plaster to the humid rooms and silicate waterproof membranes. 3) epairs to the ferroconcrete structures following given systems; 4) wall coating such as: quartz plaster, spray wall paper, glass fibre coating; 5) the so called floating floors of high resistance panels; 6) light padding to buildings. ABB Zamech Gazpetro Ltd wish to certify that “Uni-Bel” Ltd based at Elbląg, 28 Skrzydlata street performed a complete renovation of the office premises in Elbląg at 11 Królewiecka street - I western floor between 1.07. – 20.08.2004, which included: all necessary construction works all necessary electrical works
and were done following the recent technical know-how and the current standards and regulations. The scope of works included: vent, air-conditioning systems, radiators replacement, AL walls erecting, plaster-cardboard walls, glazing replacement, sound proofing, shutters installing, central heating works, electrical and refrigerating systems, Thermoacoustic-VT 15 suspended ceiling, wall paper hanging, fitted carpet laying, door and window frames. The task was PLN 382 200 worth of works. The works were carried out on time and following the technical design, the guidelines by the investor supervision and the good building practices. Modern construction materials of high aesthetics and current quality certificates were used for the works. All the works were carried out carefully, solidly and with great care for the details in trimming. We have no objections as to the quality of the said works. Uni-Bel Ltd. The above mentioned tasks included the following: - the car park drive surface, the taxi way and concrete POLBRUK cube pavement along with the base course of total surface about 630 m2; - rain drain system; - lighting system; - PLAST-MET panel system fencing; - area development and greenery. The total price for the task was PLN 182 000 net. The mentioned works were done on time and with due diligence, according to the construction design, the investor’s guidelines and the principles of best construction practices.
