Organised by Prof. Dr. Gianmaria Ajani (Deputy Director of CASCC), this course provides an introduction to several aspects of contract and commercial law practice and litigation in the People’s Republic of China. The training modules are designed to provide European practicing lawyers and legal advisors with the necessary information on: how to find the law contract law, contract negotiation and drafting company law public interest litigation The lecturers of the course include senior legal researchers and distinguished practitioners from Europe and China, which will ensure that the topic is explored from a variety of different angles. Participation in this course is subject to a fee of € 300.
