                                         Arabian Breeder Finals Entry Agreement
By entering a Federation-licensed Competition and signing this entry blank as the Owner, Lessee, Trainer, Manager, Agent, Coach, Driver,
Rider, Handler, Vaulter or Longeur and on behalf of myself and my principals, representatives, employees and agents, I agree that I am
subject to the Bylaws and Rules of The United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. (the “Federation”) and the local rules of the Arabian
Breeder Finals. I agree to be bound by the Bylaws and Rules of the Federation and of the competition. I will accept as final the decision of
the Hearing Committee on any question arising under the Rules, and agree to release and hold harmless the competition, the Federation,
their officials, directors and employees for any action taken under the Rules. I represent that I am eligible to enter and/or participate
under the Rules, and every horse I am entering is eligible as entered. I also agree that as a condition of and in consideration of
acceptance of entry, the Federation and/or the Competition may use or assign photographs, videos, audios, cable - casts, broadcasts,
internet, film, new media or other likenesses of me and my horse taken during the course of the competition for the promotion,
coverage or benefit of the competition, sport, or the Federation. Those likenesses shall not be used to advertise a product and they may
not be used in such a way as to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly and irrevocably waive and release any rights in connection
with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or to misappropriation. The construction and
application of Federation rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any action instituted against the Federation must
be filed in New York State. See GR908.4.
Federation Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Indemnification
This document waives important legal rights. Read it carefully before signing.
I AGREE in consideration for my participation in this Competition to the following: I AGREE that “the Federation” and “Competition” as
used herein includes the Licensee and Competition Management, as well as all of their officials, officers, directors, employees, agents,
personnel, volunteers and Federation affiliates.
I AGREE that I choose to participate voluntarily in the Competition with my horse, as a rider, driver, handler, vaulter, longeur, lessee,
owner, agent, coach, trainer, or as parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor. I am fully aware and acknowledge that horse sports and the
Competition involve inherent dangerous risks of accident, loss, and serious bodily injury including broken bones, head injuries, trauma,
pain, suffering, or death. (“Harm”).
I AGREE to hold harmless and release the Federation and the Competition from all claims for money damages or otherwise for any Harm
to me or my horse and for any Harm of any nature caused by me or my horse to others, even if the Harm arises or results, directly or
indirectly, from the negligence of the Federation or the Competition.
I AGREE to expressly assume all risks of Harm to me or my horse, including Harm resulting from the negligence of the Federation or the
Competition.
I AGREE to indemnify (that is, to pay any losses, damages, or costs incurred by) the Federation and the Competition and to hold them
harmless with respect to claims for Harm to me or my horse, and for claims made by others for any Harm caused by me or my horse
while at the Competition. I have read the Federation Rules about protective equipment, including GR801 and, if applicable, EV114, and I
understand that I am entitled to wear protective equipment without penalty, and I acknowledge that the Federation strongly encourages
me to do so while WARNING that no protective equipment can guard against all injuries. If I am a parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor,
I consent to the child’s participation and AGREE to all of the above provisions and AGREE to assume all of the obligations of this Release
on the child’s behalf I represent that I have the requisite training, coaching and abilities to safely compete in this competition. I AGREE
that if I am injured at this competition, the medical personnel treating my injuries may provide information on my injury and treatment
to the Federation on the official USEF accident/injury report form.

                                                         SHOW RULES & PROCEDURES
       ALL changes and additions to this Prize List will be published on the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona web-site www.scottsdaleshow.com
This Horse Show is conducted in accordance with the Rules of the USEF, particularly the Arabian, Half-Arabian and Anglo-Arabian Horse Division. The official rulebook for USEF will
prevail for this show. Each participant in this show is responsible for knowledge of these rules and is subject to these rules. Any changes or corrections of the rules will automatically
become part of this prize list. Questions that may arise that are not covered by either AHA or USEF rulebooks will be decided by the Show Committee and their decisions will be final.

ADHERENCE TO RULES OF CONDUCT - Organizing committee members, show officials, judges, exhibitors and handlers will unconditionally submit themselves and their accompanying
persons to the 'Show Rules of Conduct and Procedures' and will accept the jurisdiction of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), the Arabian Breeder Finals Show Committee
(ABFSC) and the USEF Steward. The ABFSC, USEF and the USEF Show Steward shall not be liable for any consequence of any decision they may make. These Rules will be interpreted
where necessary under the provisions by such committees. This show is not recognized by the Arabian Horse Association.

ADMINISTRATION OF CHEMICAL IRRITANTS/GINGER – Any trainer, owner, agent or other person who administers, attempts to administer, instructs, aids, conspires with another
to administer, or employs anyone who administers or attempts to administer a chemical or other irritant of any kind onto the anus, vulva, rectal area or vaginal area of a horse
entered to compete in a class in the Arabian division or any Arabian class at the Arabian Breeder Finals shall be subject to penalties as provided for in section (i) below.
    (a) Competition management is authorized, at its own expense, to collect swab samples and have tested substances present on the anus, vulva, rectal area or vaginal area of
          horses prior to their entry and/or following their exit from the ring, in connection with a class in the Arabian division or any Arabian class at the Arabian Breeder Finals
          Cup as follows:
           1)     competition management may choose all horses in such a class to be sampled, or may select one or more placings from the class for sampling, or may select some
                  of the horses from such a class for sampling. In making such selections, competition management may act on the request of a judge of the class but is not
                  required to do so;
           2)     competition management shall appoint only a licensed veterinarian or veterinarians to supervise the sampling, who may utilize technicians working under direct
                  supervision of the veterinarian(s);
           3)     competition management shall implement the chain of custody required by the laboratory for identifying the horse from which each sample was taken;
           4)     competition management is authorized to forward the samples for testing to the Iowa State University Laboratory or another comparable laboratory acceptable
                  to USEF, and shall implement the chain of custody required by the laboratory for transporting the samples to and from the laboratory and while at the laboratory.
    (b) The trainer, owner, and their agents of a horse competing in a class must submit to the above sample collections performed by representatives of competition
          management, and they must do so with no unnecessary delays. They must cooperate with the sample collection personnel as defined above exhibiting polite attitude
          and actions toward them and must assist them by helping to restrain the horse properly during the sample collection(s);
    (c) In the event the laboratory reports to the competition management the presence of a chemical or other irritant of any kind in a horse’s sample, competition
          management shall forward to USEF the original copies of the laboratory report, the analytical data, and the documented chain of custody for identifying the horse from
          which the sample was collected and identifying the laboratory results as being from that horse’s sample.
    (d) Upon receipt of the above documents, USEF shall review those documents, relevant competition and Federation records, and shall determine whether this evidence
          serves as a basis for charges of rule violation against the horse’s trainer, owner, and/or their agents, pursuant to Chapters 6 and 7. Any charges issued shall be heard and
          determined by the Federation’s Hearing Committee pursuant to the procedures specified in Chapters 6 and 7;
    (e) In the event the Hearing Committee determines a violation has occurred, the trainer, owner and/or their agents each shall be subject to any and all penalties imposed by
          the Hearing Committee at its discretion pursuant to Chapters 6 and 7, including suspensions, fines, and the revocation and redistribution of winnings, notice or notices of
          which shall be published in Equestrian magazine. The suggested minimum penalty for a first offense is the revocation of all the horse’s winnings in connection with the
          entire competition in question, and a suspension of 60 days with a fine of $1000.00. Subsequent violations of this Article by any of the above individuals/entities shall be
          subject to such greater penalties as determined at the discretion of the Hearing Committee.

ADMISSION TO RING - There will be an assigned “Order of Go” in all qualifying classes. Due to the changes in USEF rules for Breeding/Halter and In-Hand Competition, the prescribed
“Order of Go” must be adhered to. Horses entering the ring in the wrong order or who have missed entering the arena in the assigned order will be eliminated from competition. It is
the exhibitors/handlers responsibility to enter the arena in the posted “Order of Go”.

ATTENDANTS, DUTIES AND APPEARANCE - All Attendants in charge of horses, or assisting with the preparation and showing of the horses, will be subject to orders of the Horse Show
Manager. All Attendants MUST be suitably and neatly dressed when entering the ring. Exhibitor must be correctly attired for the class, and Attendants be neatly dressed and horses
properly presented.

BARN CALLS - Barn calls are a courtesy only. Exhibitors must ascertain when and where classes are being judged. Every effort will be made to advise the exhibitor of any changes in the
Tentative Schedule. Due to unforeseeable problems with any mechanical device, the public address system and paddock calls over that system must be considered a courtesy. It is the
responsibility of the exhibitor to be sure that their horse is at the gate at the prescribed time. Every effort will be made to maintain a working public address system to carry class calls,
however no protest will be upheld, nor will any section or class be changed on the basis of the public address system malfunctions. Exhibitors are responsible for reporting all entries
to the Gate attendant before each respective class is called for showing and must enter the ring promptly when called. Remember the Gate attendant cannot see you, therefore it is
important that you listen carefully and report immediately to the holding area when your class is called. Two Minute Gate: In collective classes, the gate will close two (2) minutes

after the first horse enters the ring or in large classes taking more than two minutes the gate will be closed at the completion of the final horse in a continuous string of horses entering
the ring. After gate is closed no entry will be allowed in unless approved by the Judge or Steward. No exceptions. No entry shall go out of order unless approved by the Show Office.
All gate holds MUST be registered and approved at the Show Office.

DISCIPLINE - Exhibitors are warned that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the officials on the part of the owner, groom, trainer, rider, driver or member of the family of the
person participating in the show, will disqualify the horse from adjudication. The management reserves to itself the right to remove a groom, horse, rider, trainer or driver from the
show without being liable for compensation or damages. It is a violation of USEF Rules to commit any act or make remarks during the show that are considered offensive or made with
intent to influence or cast aspersions on the judging, and any exhibitor may be barred from the show for this offense by the Show Committee.

DISQUALIFICATION - Refer to current USEF Rule book. Any horses doctored in any way artificially, improperly or unfairly prepared or tampered with before entering the show ring will
be disqualified. If it is ascertained that any exhibitor has made or caused to be made, any false statement in regard to any animal or article exhibited, or if any exhibitor shall attempt
to interfere with judges in the performance of their duties, he or she shall be excluded from competing or exhibiting. In case of any horse being disqualified, the winner of the next
succeeding prize in the class shall take the prize that has been awarded to such disqualified horse and the lowest monied prize in the class shall go to the reserve number.

DISPUTE NOT COVERED BY RULES - Should any question or dispute arise not provided for in the governing rules, the same shall be referred to the Show Committee, whose decision will
be final.

DRUGS AND MEDICATIONS - The drugs and medication Rule contained in the USEF Rule Book will be enforced. Horses in competition will be subject to examination by a licensed
veterinarian appointed by USEF. Said appointed licensed veterinarian, with approval of the USEF, may appoint a technician to perform certain duties under USEF rules. The
examination may include physical, saliva, urine, blood tests or any other test or procedure at the discretion of said licensed veterinarian necessary to effectuate the purposes of this
rule. These representatives must be treated with respect. All horses will be charged $15.00 drug fee per horse to defray the expenses of drug testing. CAUTION: REFUSAL TO SUBMIT
A HORSE FOR EXAMINATION, WHETHER IN COMPETITION OR NOT, AND TO COOPERATE WITH THE VETERINARIAN AND TECHNICIANS UNTIL THE SAMPLES HAVE BEEN TAKEN
CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION AND SUBJECTS THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO THE PENALTIES UNDER THE RULES.

ENTRIES - Entries must be on the official entry form or a photocopy of the form for this show. Copy of horse’s registration papers must accompany all entries. All horse(s) entered
belonging to one owner must be entered on one entry form (additional entry form sheets may be attached). No horse may be entered on more than one entry form. The complete
name and address of the registered owner must appear in the space entitled OWNER INFORMATION. One, and only one, owner can appear on each entry form. Farm name may not be
used unless (1) the stable or farm is the bona fide owner appearing on the horse’s registration papers, or (2) the stable or farm name has been registered with USEF and the number
shown on the USEF certificate is noted in the space provided. A copy of the Farm/Ranch membership card must accompany the entry.
Owner, trainer and rider must sign the entry form in the spaces provided. If owner, trainer and rider are the same, owner must sign in both spaces. (Trainer is “any adult who has the
responsibility for the care, training, custody or performance of a horse”). The permission for a minor to show section on the entry form must be completed with birth date of junior
exhibitor and signature of parent or guardian.

ENTRY CLOSING - Faxed or hand-delivered entries will not be accepted. Entries postmarked by September 15, 2011 will be accepted at the regular fee. Entries that are postmarked
after September 15 will be accepted with an additional $100 per horse post entry fee. Post entries will close the session prior to the session in which the class is scheduled.

EXCESSIVE USE OF THE WHIP ON ANY HORSE IN A STALL, RUNWAY, SCHOOLING AREA, SHOW RING OR ELSEWHERE ON THE COMPETITION GROUNDS BEFORE OR DURING A SHOW, BY
ANY PERSON, CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION AND RENDERS THE OFFENDER SUBJECT TO PENALTY. JUDGES WILL BE EXPECTED TO ENFORCE THIS IN THE ARENA.

HANDLER CHANGE - A $25.00 fee will be assessed (per class) to those exhibitors who do not fill out a handler/rider change form in the show office prior to their class.

HOOF INSPECTION - Random inspection of shoes, pads and hoof length by appropriate show officials, in the presence of the trainer, may be done at the discretion of the show
management. Champion and Reserve Champions may be inspected.

JUDGES - In the event that due to an illness or failure of a judge to attend the show or to perform their duties, the Show Committee reserves the right to substitute a Judge for the one
who is officially designated in the Premium List, according to current USEF Rules. No contact shall be made with judges during the period of the show unless accompanied by a member
of the Show Committee designated by the Committee for such purpose. Further, no exhibitor shall approach a Judge regarding a decision unless he first obtains permission from the
Steward, who shall arrange an appointment with the Judge at a proper time and place.

JUDGING SYSTEM - The halter classes at the Arabian Breeder Finals Horse Show will NOT utilize the AHA Halter Scoring System, all halter classes will be adjudicated using the five judge
comparative system. The Scottsdale Scoring system will be used with the Five (5) Judge System is explained in detail on the web-site www.scottsdaleshow.com. For further details on
the judging procedure, refer to the current AHAA web-site. Show Committee reserves the right to designate a call judge in all classes. All six (6) judges will judge the Junior Filly/Colt
and Senior Mare/Stallion Championship classes.
   (a) A random selection of five of the six total judges will be decided for each class and made public prior to class commencement.
   (b) The Junior and Senior Championship classes will utilize six judges.
   (c) All other classes will utilize the five (5) judges system.
   (d) Show Committee reserves the right to designate a call judge in all classes.

LOCATION OF CLASSES - Management reserves the right to change the arena location of classes with the proper notification to exhibitors concerned.

NON-RESPONSIBILITY AND INDEMNITY - All entries are accepted with the understanding that the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona will not be held responsible for any loss, damage
or injury to any horse exhibited or any article of equipment of any kind. All horses shall be under the control and direction of the Show Committee solely at the risk of the exhibitor,
who will be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person, animals or property occasioned by him, his agents or employees, or by any animal owned or exhibited by him, and
shall indemnify the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona, the City of Scottsdale and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation against any and all loss, damages and liability thus occasioned,
including but not limited to, any and all legal costs, including attorney fees, which may be incurred as a result thereof. Exhibitors, grooms, handlers, owners, etc. are hereby warned
that they may not use any device or conduct which may cause harm to any other person(s) horses, or equipment. THE SUBMITTING OF AN ENTRY FORM TO THE SECRETARY SHALL
CONSTITUTE AN ACCEPTANCE BY EACH PERSON SIGNING SAME OF THE PROVISIONS HEREIN SET FORTH.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES IN A CLASS - Any class with less than three entries may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be combined with another class or cancelled, and the exhibitors
in the class(as) will be notified accordingly. Large classes may be divided and conducted as two separate classes with duplicate prizes and awards, except for Championship classes.

PROTEST - A protest must be filed as set forth in the USEF Rules.

REFUSAL OF ENTRIES - The Show Management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally or cancel any entries of any exhibitor as stated in the current USEF Rule Book.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS - Horses shown in this show must have been issued a certificate of Registration from the Arabian Horse Registry of America, Inc. (or in the case of a
foreign entry, have been issued a Competition Visa by the Arabian Horse Registry of America) and/or the Canadian Arabian Horse Registry and registration applied for and must be
entered under their full registered name. (Only weanlings that have had registration applied for may show without registration papers.) All entries must be serviceably sound. A copy
of the registration papers showing proof of ownership MUST be submitted with entry form at the time of making entry. In the case of a sale or lease, it is required that a contract of
the sale or lease, or a statement from owner be submitted with the copy of the registration papers. All entries must be in good condition. A PHOTOCOPY OF THE REGISTRATION
PAPERS OF EACH HORSE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE ENTRY FORM. A FEE OF $25.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH HORSE WITHOUT COPY SUBMITTED WITH ENTRY (exception:
weanlings).

RING PROCEDURES - Any exhibitor using the wrong number or having no number may be excused or disqualified from the class at the discretion of the call judge. No person other than
the officials, steward, attendants on duty, and the judge of the class may enter the show ring without permission from the call judge. No whips over six feet long, including the
snapper, may be used either inside or outside the ring by the handler or assistant when showing a horse. Lashes or appendages of any kind are prohibited.

SCHEDULE - Show Management reserves the right to change the dates and/or the location of the show or to cancel the show altogether. In the event of a cancellation, all entry fees
and stall fees will be refunded (office fees are non-refundable). Neither the Show Management nor the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona, shall have any liability to any exhibitor,
owner, handler or other person, firm or corporation by reason of any change or cancellation of the show, except for the return of fees as aforesaid.

SCRATCHED CLASSES - A $25.00 fee will be assessed (per class) to those exhibitors who do not show up for their scheduled class and have not officially scratched their entry at the
Show Office prior to the session. This will be strictly enforced.

SOUNDNESS – Horses must be serviceably sound i.e., horse must not show evidence of lameness, broken wind or complete loss of sight in either eye. (See USEF GR 1204.4) Horses
with loss of sight in one eye may compete in performance classes only. Horses which appear to be lame may not be assessed and placed by the judges. Judges must excuse from the
ring any horse so lame that assessment will inflict pain. All entries must be in good condition.

STABLING RULES - Each horse must be assigned a separate stall and must be entered in the show. Only manure must be placed in areas designated, violators caught placing anything
other than manure and shavings in designated areas will be fined according USEF rules. ALL SHAVINGS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE ON-SITE APPROVED VENDOR. Violators are
subject to a fine and/or removal from the grounds. Horses must be placed in stalls assigned and no changes will be permitted except by the express consent of the Barn Manager.
Decorations to the front of stalls cannot extend more than 6’. By order of the Fire Marshal, all aisle ways between stalls must remain open. All materials used for decorative purposes
must be treated with flame-proofing and approved by the Fire Department. The use of electric, open flame or space heaters is prohibited. If you overload the electric circuit with
extra lighting and blow out circuit breakers, you will be billed for the labor to repair or reset the circuit breakers. Cooking or any heat/flame or food preparation is not allowed in the
stall area. AUTHORIZED ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES FOR GROOMING PURPOSES MAY BE USED IN DESIGNATED BARN AREAS ONLY. NO UNAUTHORIZED ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES MAY BE
USED, OR IF USED, THE APPLIANCES WILL BE CONFISCATED. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MAY NOT BE ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Stalls must be vacated
in their original condition. STALLS MAY NOT BE STRUCTURALLY ALTERED IN ANY WAY. DO NOT PUT NAILS INTO STALL WALLS. Exhibitors will be financially responsible for damage to
their stalls and/or labor costs for removing materials used for stall decorative purposes. Damage, labor and replacement costs will be billed to exhibitor at the current WestWorld fee
schedule. NO SMOKING IN THE BARN AREA.

STABLING MOVE IN/OUT - All stalls will contain stall doors. Fee for box stalls is $150.00, NO PRORATION. NO STRAW IS ALLOWED. Stalls will be available at 8:00 a.m. on Monday,
October 10th, and must be vacated on Sunday, October 16 by 12:00noon. Early arrivals will have to contact WestWorld at (480) 312-6806.

STRESS - Horses shall not be punished unnecessarily or severely anywhere on the show grounds. Excessive whipping, excessive stimulation by noise or intimidation, use of electrical
shock devices or infliction of pain by any means is forbidden in all parts of the showground, or stable areas, at all times. A committee has been established to patrol the show grounds
and abuse will be dealt with under USEF rules. All horses artificially, improperly or unfairly prepared or tampered with before coming into the show arena will be disqualified. The use
of any substance to induce temporary heat will not be allowed. If it is ascertained that an exhibitor has made, or caused to be made, any false statements in regards to any animal or
article exhibited or if any exhibitor shall attempt to interfere with the judge in performance of his/her duties, they shall be excluded from competing or exhibiting. In order to lessen
stress on horses, grooms will be requested to leave the hitching ring prior to the entry of each halter class. There will be NO flapping of towels, rattling of cans or bottles, or chasing of
horses into the ring.

USEF CARDS - It has been resolved that owners, trainers and handlers must provide a photocopy of their current USEF or CEF membership card with their entry form. Anyone not
having USEF a USEF card must pay the non-member fees.

USEF MEMBERSHIP - Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Preliminary Level
or above and Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance Rides. A nonmember may participate as a handler,
rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions
upon payment of a $30 nonmember registration fee. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2)
exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson
program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8) Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who
have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage
Sport Horse Breeding classes.


                                                                  CLASS SPECIFICATIONS
AGE OF HORSES - For horse show purposes any horse shall be considered to be one year old on the first day of January following the actual date of foaling.

AMATEURS - Every rider/handler having reached his or her 18th birthday by December 1 must possess a current USEF Amateur Certification or be eligible for and have made
application for one to the Competition Secretary at least one hour prior to riding/handling in an Amateur Class.

BREEDERS CLUB STALLIONS - This class is open to stallions that are 4 year of age & over that have been nominated into the Breeders Club program and the Scottsdale Signature Stallion
Futurity.

CLASS CONDUCT QUALIFYING & AMATEUR CLASSES – All qualifying and Amateur classes will be officiated by five judges. All horses will be judged independently and comparatively.
The judges must not confer. Judges will examine all horses individually: walking, trotting, and standing. All horses to be shown collectively at the beginning of each class. Horses
shall enter the ring at a trot in a counter-clockwise direction in chronological age order (according to date of birth) from oldest to youngest. Horses shall be encouraged to move
with elegance, impulsion and charismatic animation at the trot exhibiting authentic Arabian type. Following the trot into the arena, each entry shall proceed to the far end. All
entries MUST remain at the designated area while the other horses enter into the arena. Immediately following the individual presentations at the trot (entrance into the arena),
all horses shall walk in a counter-clockwise direction around the arena. Horses to circle at a controlled walk around the ring at the discretion of the judge and the instruction of the
Ring Steward(s). The purpose of this presentation is to allow the Judges to collectively assess the quality of each entry at a natural walk. At the conclusion of the collective walk,
horses will be presented to the judges in the center ring. Each entry will then be exhibited at the center of designated presentation area directly in front of the VIP seating section.
Horse to be presented for evaluation by judging panel in a controlled, yet uninhibited and/or intimidated manner. Only one handler per exhibit is permitted in the ring at any one
time. All judging in the qualifying classes shall be comparative.

CLASS CONDUCT JUNIOR & SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP - Junior & Senior Championship classes will be officiated by all six judges. First and second placed horses from each qualifying
age division class are eligible to compete in the breeding, Junior & Senior championship classes. All Championships will be judged independently and comparatively. The judges
must not confer. Horse to enter ring in numerical order at a trot. Horses shall be encouraged to move with elegance, impulsion and charismatic animation at the trot exhibiting
authentic Arabian type around the entire circumference of the ring. Following the trot, each entry shall proceed to the far end of the arena. All entries MUST remain at the
designated area of the arena while the other horses enter the arena. Immediately following the individual presentations at the trot, all horses shall walk in a counter clockwise
direction at the instruction of the Ring Steward(s). The purpose of this presentation is to allow the Judging Panel to collectively assess the quality of the championship entries at a
natural walk. At the conclusion of the collective walk, horses will line up head to tail facing the in-gate in Numeric order . The remaining horses will line up head to tail in a second
row facing the in-gate adjacent to the other row. Each entry will then be exhibited as a halter horse to determine championship placings. No individual scores shall be awarded – all
judging in the championship classes shall be comparative. Each judge will then rank the horses in order of preference on his/her Championship card – GOLD CHAMPION first (1st),
SILVER CHAMPION second (2nd), BRONZE CHAMPION third (3rd) and rank the remaining horses. The Gold Champion is NOT required to be selected from those horses placed first in
the qualifying classes (class champion winners). Once completed, each judge will submit his/her card to the Ring Steward for submission to the Scorer for tabulation.

PRODUCTION MARES - This class is open to broodmares that are 4 year of age & over. Eligible entries must meet the following minimum requirements:
  (a) Mare must have carried, delivered and nursed at least one (1) purebred Arabian foals (embryo transfer foals will not count toward the total number of foals carried).
  (b) Mare MAY be nursing a foal at side at the time of showing.

SCOTTSDALE SIGNAUTRE STALLION HALTER CLASSES - The Scottsdale Signature Stallion (SSS) classes are only open to horses that have been nominated into the SSS program. SSS
classes are not sanctioned by USEF or AHA but will follow those rules. The class procedure for the SSS halter classes will have these exceptions to the USEF rules: Horses will enter the
arena in-hand at a trot, guiding in a counterclockwise direction. Each horse shall trot in one at a time and shall proceed at the trot until reaching its designated position in line as
directed by the ringmaster. The judges and show management at their discretion may omit the walk on a loose rein from the SSS halter Classes. For more information on this program

WEANLING CLASS - Weanling classes will be officiated by five judges. Weanlings are welcome to enter and be presented in this class with their Dams. Judges will examine all horses
individually: walking, trotting, and standing. Horses shall enter the ring at a trot in a counter-clockwise direction in chronological age order (according to date of birth) from oldest
to youngest. Handlers may show more than one horse. Horses to circle counter clockwise at a controlled walk around the entire circumference of the ring. Following the trot, each
entry shall proceed to the far end of the arena. All entries MUST remain at the designated area of the arena while the other horses enter the arena. Immediately following the
individual presentations at the trot (entrance into the arena), all horses shall walk in a counter clockwise direction around the arena. Horses to circle at a controlled walk at the
instruction of the Ring Steward(s). The purpose of this presentation is to allow the Judges to collectively assess the quality of each entry at a natural walk. At the conclusion of the
collective walk, horses will be presented to the judges in the center ring facing the audience, TRADITIONAL HALTER STAND-UP OF WEANLINGS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Each
entry will then be exhibited. Horse to be presented for evaluation by judging panel in a controlled, yet uninhibited and/or intimidated manner. Horse shall stand squarely on all four
legs and shall be shown with natural elegance and professionalism. NO WHIPS OR LIVE CHAINS will be tolerated in this class handlers using either in this class will result in expulsion
from the ring. More than one horse many be exhibited by handler and a designated handler will be permitted at the far end of the arena to take over for handlers that are
presenting more than one weanling. provided that there is a capable handler for each horse during the initial group judging and during the awards presentation. All judging in the
qualifying classes shall be comparative.


                                                               GENERAL INFORMATION
ALCOHOL - IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION TO BRING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES UPON THE PREMISES. ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH AHAA OR
DESIGNATED VENDOR. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

AWARDS - Awards will be offered to 70% of the class based on class entries in the class at time of showing. Qualifying classes will award 1st Place, 2nd Place and Top 10 (awards will be
offered to 70% of the entries in the class). Junior Championship classes will award Gold Champion, Silver Champion and Bronze Champion. AOTH, Gelding & Senior Championship will
award Gold Champion, Silver Champion , Bronze Champion and Top 10.
Prize Money will be paid out to 50% of the class at time of showing. Awards will be awarded to 70% of the class at time of showing.

   COMMERCIAL EXHIBITORS - Fee $400.00. This amount is for an area approximately 10ft. x 10ft. Set-up may begin at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, and be totally complete by
   8:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 12. The Exhibitor will not dismantle the display until the last class has been completed on Saturday evening. Display must be removed entirely
   no later than Sunday, October 16 at 9am. AHAA will not be responsible for merchandise or display on the grounds prior to, during or preceding the show. For further

   DIRECTIONS to WESTWORLD – 16601 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ North of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard - Pima Frontage Road is for northbound traffic only.
   North (Flagstaff): I-17 South to SR-101 Loop - Eastbound into Scottsdale. Take the Pima/Princess exit. Make a left at Bell Road (second light) Continue east on Bell Road. Turn
   right on 94 Street. Travel south to the WestWorld entrance.
   South (Tucson): I-10 to US-60 (Superstition Freeway). US-60 East to SR-101 Loop. SR-101 North to Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. Exit at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd., move to far right
   lane. Continue straight, crossing the Frank Lloyd Wright intersection. WestWorld entrance is ½ block north on the right at large horse statue.

   DOGS - Scottsdale City Ordinance requires dogs to be on a leash at all times. THIS RULE WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT WARNING. Any pet in stall area must be on a leash or
   secured. No pets allowed in show ring area. Owner assumes all liability for pet animals.

   EXHIBITIONS - All exhibitions to be placed between classes will be at the discretion of the Show Committee.

   FARRIER - A Farrier will be on the grounds during all performances.

   FIRST AID - First aid treatment will be available during all performances.

   FOOD SERVICE – Food service will be available on the competitions grounds throughout the event.

   FOOTING - ALL ARENAS HAVE native clay and sand composition

   GOLF CARTS – A limited number of Golf Carts will be available for exhibitors to rent from GTI. A $50 insurance fee will be added to the cost of the golf cart rental. Please contact

   GROUNDS FEES - A $50.00 charge will be assessed to each horse trailered in and not assigned a stall on the show grounds.

   HAY AND GRAIN - Arrangements have been made for feed to be available at regular competitive prices and delivered to stalls. Exhibitors will be provided with the best quality
   Feed & Bedding at a reasonable cost. The Barn Manager will provide exhibitors with instructions concerning handling of feed and bedding in stalls and barn aisles. POSITIVELY
   NO STRAW WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS.

   INSURANCE ADVISORY - We urge each exhibitor to verify their liability insurance coverage, and their livestock mortality coverage, with their own insurance carrier(s). Be sure
   your coverage is in effect. The American Cup Championship Arabian Horse Show and the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona, its members, agents, employees and volunteers
   accept no responsibility for losses sustained or caused by any exhibitor.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES - USEF GR301.5 Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state or province in which they
reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the
competition grounds of recognized competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above-described motorized vehicles as long as they are
accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible
for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of
the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with USEF Rule 7.
Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The show security for the duration of the show will impound any
motorized vehicle that is operated in an unsafe or hazardous manner or parked in a restricted area.

PARKING - Any vehicle, truck or trailer, within the fenced area of the barn/arena area, or not obeying “NO PARKING” or “FIRE LANE” signs in other parts of the grounds will be
subject to towing and impounding at owner’s expense, and will also be subject to citations and/or towing by the City of Scottsdale.

PHOTOGRAPHS - Anyone who attends this show automatically grants AHAA permission to publish photos taken by AHAA photographers and/or staff in which they and/or their
horses appear. No written release is required for AHAA to publish these photos in promotional material.

RETURNED CHECKS - All returned checks will be assessed a $50.00 charge. All fees must be paid in full by cash, cashier's check or money order before packets will be released in
the Horse Show Office. The Show Management reserves the right not to accept checks from persons that have provided returned checks previously.

RV SPACE - Spaces are available on the show grounds. Please make your reservations directly with WestWorld. Contact WestWorld at (480) 312-6810.
SECURITY - Exhibitors are advised that it is their responsibility to secure all their valuables while on the show grounds. AHAA will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. No
security will be provided by the show.

SHARPS CONTAINERS – Trainers, owners, exhibitors or agents are advised that improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments will result in fines of $100
per occurrence.

SHOEING REGULATIONS - Refer to current USEF Rule Book.

SHOW OFFICE HOURS - The Horse Show Office will be open Monday, October 10th at 1pm - 5pm. Tuesday 9am - 5pm and each day of the show the office will be open one hour
before the first scheduled class and close 30 minutes following the last class of the day. Horse Show Office phone number is (480) 312-6820.

STABLING - All stall assignments will be made at the discretion of the Show Committee. FEES - Stalls are $150 and tack rooms are $150 each. Approximately 1000 stalls with
doors will be available; horses entered after the available stalls are filled cannot be guaranteed stalls. All stalls are permanent; 10’ x 10’ in dimension. ONLY HORSES ENTERED
IN THE SHOW WILL BE ASSIGNED STALLS. This rule will be strictly enforced.

STATE ENTRY - Tax & Requirements - If any tax is levied, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor and not the show. At the border of Arizona, you will need a HEALTH CERTIFICATE
AND COGGINS on your horse(s) including complete description of horse, complete home address and complete address of the show. The certificate must also state that the
horse is coming to the show and must give location of return trip. This certificate must be dated within 30 days of the show.

VETERINARIAN - An official Show Veterinarian will be available on the grounds from the start of the first class of the day to the end of the last class each day. Veterinarian
information will be posted and available in the Show Office. All horses are subject to a physical inspection, free of charge, by the Show Veterinarians as a safeguard against
communicable diseases. AHAA also reserves the right to request a postmortem examination by the Show Veterinarians, free of charge, on any horse which dies on the show
grounds.

VIDEO TAPE RELEASE - Signature of the Entry Form constitutes a release of your rights to any remuneration derived from the sale or broadcast of video tapes by the Arabian
Horse Association of Arizona and Arabian Horse Association.

WITHDRAWING ENTRIES - After the Close of Entries September 15, 2011 horses may be scratched from the show at the owners option. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY
FEES OR STALL AND TACK ROOM CHARGES BE REFUNDED TO THE EXHIBITOR.

                        Arabian Breeder Finals
                        The Arabian Horse Association of Arizona, the most estab-
                        lished and successful breed organization with over 56 years of
                        experience in marketing and promoting the Arabian horse,
                        would now like to announce that a new VISION that has
                        become a REALITY.........THE ARABIAN BREEDER FINALS.

                        This prestigious show will o er the Arabian horse community
                        the opportunity to showcase the very best the breed has to
                        o er in an unparalleled venue. Scottsdale has established
                        itself as not only one of the nest shopping and dining
                        destinations in the world, but as a World-class Mecca for the
                        Arabian Horse. The Arabian Breeder Finals will present an
                        unprecedented halter/breeding showcase opportunity that
                        will o er prize money and abundant marketing opportunities
                        for breeders and purebred Arabian horse enthusiasts.

                        NEW Finals Breeding Programs
                        We are also unveiling some very exciting breeding programs
                        that will help support the breeding and showing industry for
                        the Arabian Horse. The Breeders Club Program and the
                        Arabian Breeders Finals Futurity Program will accompany this
                        exciting new show in 2011.

                        The Breeders Club Program!
                        The Breeders Club is a NEW program that will pay out money
                        in designated Breeders Club Classes. Classes will be o ered for
                        yearling and 2 year old nominated get of breeders club
                        stallions starting in 2012 (yearlings). Foals born in 2011 are
                        eligible for nomination into this program through October 15,
                        2011. Get Your Stallion in the Program - Open to purebred
                        Arabian stallions for a nomination fee of $1000 (prior to
                        October 15). 2012 Foal nomination deadline December 31, 2011.
                        Get Your Mares Nominated - The one-time fee to nominate
                        each foal is $200. There are no yearly re-nominations!

                        Arabian Breeder Finals
                        Futurity Program
                        The '3 year old Arabian Breeder Finals Futurity' will pay out
                        money in a designated Arabian Breeder Finals Futurity classes
                        starting in 2015. These NEW classes will be open to nominated
                        futurity entries. Foals born in 2011 are eligible for nomination
                        into this program through October 15, 2011. 2012 Foal nomina-
                        tion deadline December 31, 2011.
                        Nominated your mares now - A onetime fee of $100 will get
                        those foals nominated into this futurity. There are no yearly
                        re-nominations!
