                            Services & Procedures

Gratuities, Taxes, and Service Charges
Your wedding is important to us as it is to you. Full payment by check, cash, bank check, credit
card or money order is required 10 business days prior to your event.

Facility Fees
It is possible that there would be a facility fee for your event Based on time of day, nature of event,
and requirements for your event. A Saturday evening wedding which would require the
restaurant to close would require an additional facility fee of 1,000.00 – 1,500.00.

Lost or Damaged Items
The Heritage Restaurant And Meeting Place will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged
items. The sponsoring member, or person responsible for organizing the function will be
liable for and will be charged for any damage or breakage incurred during the function.

Liquor and Alcohol
The Heritage Restaurant And Meeting Place reserves the right and will refuse alcohol beverage
service to anyone under the age of 21. Proper identification and proof of age are required at all
functions. Those without proper identification will not be served.

Reservation Fee
Your reservation fee is a good faith guarantee that your function will take place at the specific date
And time. The reservation fees are as follows:

             Weddings                                             500.00 – 1,000.00
             Rehearsal Dinners and Holiday Parties                250.00
             Groups of 25 or more people                          100.00
Reservation fees are always served as payment towards the final bill and are non-refundable.

You will be billed for the number of people guaranteed, or the actual number in attendance
Whichever is greater. Additional fees may apply for events with significant differences between
Actual attendance and guaranteed counts.

   Hour D’oeuvres play an important part in your wedding reception. Most of your guests
   will be busy getting ready during the meal time. When they arrive to the reception site
    they may not have a had a bite to eat for many hours. Thus you will find most often
    hosts will offer their guests a selection of hors d’oeuvres prior to the reception meal.
