 Venue overview:
 Isiphiwo is a beautiful Gothic styled venue and chapel nestled against the Magaliesburg Mountain range. Only 15
 minutes from the CBD of Pretoria, Isiphiwo offers you the complete package from wellness Day Spa to landscaped
 gardens and exclusivity for the day.

 10% discount on the venue (Banquet room only) applies to confirmed numbers of 250 and above. Please note: The
 Banquet Room has a minimum requirement of 100 guests. The maximum capacity for the venues is as follows:

 Imbali Chapel & Venue - 60 guests

 Isiphiwo now offers a beautiful in-house Décor and Floral department, should you make use of this service a co-
 ordination fee of R 1,200.00 will be charged to your final account.

Guest accommodation:
Isiphiwo offers 4-star accommodation. All 17 stylish rooms are decorated in a warm contemporary influence and can
accommodate up to 3 guests in selected rooms. Each room offers all the modern conveniences like DSTV, in-room
phones, tea trays, air-conditioners or ceiling fans, ¾, double or king size beds, hair dryer and mini bars in selected
rooms, etc. Please phone reception on (012) 808 2328 for availability and rates.

Menu options:
Attached are two menu options one a comprehensive buffet option and the second a set menu option. Should neither
of these options suit you, we will gladly forward further options. Please note changes to your menu selection will be
accepted until 1 month prior to your event. A menu tasting can be arranged provided that at least a month’s notice is
given, this will be charged at R150-00 per guest (including VAT) please select one dish per course of the chosen

Child caring service:
For your little guests we have an outside play area to keep them occupied and a “Nanny Service” for the evening.
Your guests can relax and enjoy your wedding reception while our professional nanny will make sure the little one’s are
fed and entertained with movies.
This service is available at R 80.00 per hour. Please allow one care giver per 5 children.
Little guests 0-3yrs no charge for dinner and 3-12 yrs half the menu price. Children’s party packs are available at R55-
00 each.

Service staff:
To ensure a smooth running event with professionally trained staff to attend to all your guests needs the following
minimum staff requirement is necessary: one waiter for every 10 guests and one barman for every 50 guests.
Service staff is charged at R 60.00 per staff, per hour for a minimum of 8 hours.
Your main table will have a dedicated Head waiter; this waiter is included in your venue hire.

Bar service:
A fully stocked bar facility is available and you have the option of either a cash bar, open bar or bar with a limit
attached. Should you want to limit the selection you have until 1 month prior to do so. Corkage is charged on wines
and sparkling wines only @ R60.00 per bottle limited to two bottles per table only on regular sized bottles (750ml) only.
Assorted flavours jugs of juice @ R55-00 per jug.
Non-alcoholic welcome drinks are charged @ R 10.50 per person.
Alcoholic welcome drinks are charged @ R 22.00 per person.

Welcome cocktail option:
Should you decide to offer your guests this option, we will provide an alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage with assorted
savoury cocktail snacks served at the welcome table @ R65.00 per guest, while your bridal retinue have their photo’s
