To manage Group insurance business for corporates, schools and multinational banks for life insurance sales
and to maintain the relationship with these channel partner for insurance sales, The Portfolio of the channel
Partners handled are as follows,
Channel Partners:
IT/BT, Blue Chip companies
International schools, Techno schools and graduation colleges
HSBC Bank: Personal Loans, Credit cards, Mortgage loans, Current accounts, Savings account
Citibank: Personal Loans.

Key Responsibility Areas:

       Identifying & developing new corporate and institutional channels for augmented growth &
        minimizing the dependence on each channel partners.
       Identifying the corporate/insurance vendors already existing and appointing them as the corporate
        agents to increase the distribution and reach.

        partner wise to implement business plan, promotional activities and contests for improved business
       Problem solving of channel Partners Sales Staff.
       Providing Sales and Training Support to the channel partner’s.
       Coordination for Enrolment & Issuance Discrepancies with the operations.
       Monitoring the sales both in terms of penetration and volumes on a daily basis.
       Conducting motivational activities among the Channel partners to increase sales and build up Strong

       Maintain TAT at the minimum with regular follow ups with the operations.

        Undertaking different cases studies to identify better ways and means to poise product price and

        Undertake Competitor analysis, feature and cost comparison for comparable competitor products.

        Reactivated the HSBC Mortgage Loan Insurance protection plan Business after a drought of 5
         months.
        Maintained a healthy increase in business month on month with HSBC Mortgage Loan Insurance
         protection plan.
        Achieved highest level of penetration/conversion for the corporate employee benefit insurance
         protection Plan amongst the League A cities.
        Maintaining a portfolio of 35 schools.
        Achieved the highest conversion of insurance on the HSBC existing customer base.
        Have been on the top of the Charts across India in Insurance premium collection for SCB business
         loan insurance protection plan for 5 consecutive months.

    DST Costing lowest in the company at around 5.5%.
    Put the whole team in place for the branch including credit, backend and DST and closed at 110% of
     target in the first month of operations for Rajajinagar.
    Have achieved 100 Loans for Rajajinagar Branch in the 1st month of operation.
    Built 4 Crores portfolio in 6 months from the start of business.
    Have consistently achieved over 95 % resolution on Non starters.
