Lexis Jury Instructions
   Option 1 – Kentucky Specific:
     1. Go to www.lexisnexis.com/lawschool.
     2. Click on Enter Research System.
     3. Click on the Find A Source tab.
     4. Enter Kentucky Jury Instructions and click Find.
     5. Click on Kentucky Instructions to Juries (you have the option of Civil, Criminal, or
         searching Civil and Criminal combined).
     6. You can browse through the Table of Contents or Enter Search Terms.

   Option 2 – General:
     1. Go to www.lexisnexis.com/lawschool.
     2. Click on Enter Research System.
     3. Click on the Legal tab.
     4. Enter Area of Law By Topic.
     5. Click on Litigation Practice and Procedure.
     6. Click on Find Jury Instructions.
     7. Select the type of Instructions that you need. You can browse through the Table of
         Contents or Enter Search Terms.

Westlaw Jury Instructions

   Option 1 – Kentucky Specific:
     1. Go to www.lawschool.westlaw.com.
     2. Click on Westlaw Research.
     3. Click on the Kentucky tab.
     4. Towards the bottom of the screen find Jury Instructions, Jury Verdicts, & Judgments.
     5. Place a check mark in front of Kentucky Jury Instruction Filings.
     6. Go back to the top of the screen and enter your search terms.

   Option 2 – Kentucky Specific:
     1. Go to www.lawschool.westlaw.com.
     2. Click on Westlaw Research.
     3. Click on Directory.
     4. Enter Kentucky Jury Instructions in the search box and click Search.
     5. Select the Instructions you want to search.
     6. Enter your search terms.

   Option 3 – General:
     1. Go to www.lawschool.westlaw.com.
     2. Click on Westlaw Research.
     3. Click on Directory.
     4. Click on the Litigation link.
     5. Click on the Jury Instructions folder.
     6. You can either select the Pattern Jury Instructions folder or the Jury Instructions Filings
         folder. Browse through both folders to see if one better suits your needs. Select your
         instructions, and enter your search terms.
