SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT OF FEES and COLLECTION OF BOOKS AND UNIFORMS School Year 2009-2010
Dear Parents, This is for the information of all that the school office will remain open throughout the Summer Holidays, six days a week except Fridays and Public Holidays between 9 AM to 2 PM. If you wish, you may pay school fees for the next academic year anytime during these holidays. However, delivery of books and uniforms and payment of fees has to be completed before the “Orientation Day’’, which will fall on Thursday, 3rd September 2009. The following schedule for the collection of books and uniform should be followed: Year Level R/ K1/K2 Years 1-3 Years 4-7 Years 8-9 Years 10-11 Date August 8-11, 2009 August 12-16, 2009 August 17-20, 2009 August 22-23, 2009 August 24-25 , 2009 Day Sat.- Tues. Wed- Sun. Mon. – Thurs. Sat.- Sun. Mon- Tues.
