        Purchase book and keep the entire time you take this project. The book was designed as
        a one year experience and therefore the book must be completed in one year.
        Complete project guidelines on page 1
        Make sure you include your one page summary about your project year
        Your book, summary and record keeping reports will be turned in at the fair and be ready
        for pick up at the end of fair for use the next year
        This book is used for the skill-a-thon and questions the judge might ask you.

Second year and beyond
         Use the same book
         Make sure you include your second year or beyond one page summary about your
project year
         Also include the second or beyond year:
                 Record keeping of income or expenses
                 Poultry project record
                 Sales
                 Matings
                 Hatchings
         Your book, summary and record keeping reports (included in book on separate sheets of
         paper) will be turned in at the fair and be ready for pick up at the end of fair for use the
         next year and skill-a-ton
