Ad Specifications
Ad should be submitted in Black & White or Grayscale. Files should be submitted as print-quality pdf at 300 dpi. Full Page Ad Full page ads are 8.5” wide x 11” high If the ad bleeds, please add 1/8” clearance all the way around. Half Page Ad Half page ads are 8” wide x 5.125” high Quarter Page Ad Half page ads are 3.75” wide x 5.125” high
Please fill out this form and return it to your HRC advertising representative along with your payment and artwork by October 2, 2009. Ads submitted electronically must be formatted as high-resolution black and white PDF, EPS, or JPEG files. Files that have been stuffed to a size of eight megabytes or less can be emailed directly to MShura@firstmarblehead.com. Larger files and files that cannot be emailed should be supplied to your HRC advertising representative on a CD and should be accompanied by a clean laser printout for reference. To ensure the best reproduction quality, electronic ad submissions are requested. Please submit final ad no later than October 2, 2009.
