The following revisions and responses to questions are made to the original bid document. This
addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the Original Bidding
Documents accordingly and as noted below. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the
space provided on the Bid "Addenda" form.

GENERAL

1.       Question: Drawing P2.0 shows ATF fluid there is no specification in the written
         specifications section 11146 for this item.
         Response: ATF supplied by BCPS, pump to be furnished and installed by Contractor.

2.       Question: Drawing P2.0 shows Anti freeze fluid there is no specification in the written
         specifications section 11146 for this item.
         Response: Antifreeze supplied by BCPS, pump to be furnished and installed by
         Contractor.

3.       Question: In the written specifications you have used Graco part numbers as your
         designed specification these part numbers are no longer available from Graco. Please
         clarify new part numbers as your design specification.
         Response: Graco can supply cross reference number for new part numbers from old.

4.       Question: In written specification 2.10 Lubrication Control. Could you clarify Model #
         for the control system was used as the designed specification.
         Response: The Lubrication Control system specified (11146) as per Paragraph 2.10
         Lubrication Control system is not required for this project.
         Could you identify where the controller will be located? Or is this the controller on P2.0
         note 6.
         Response: Refer to response above.

5.    Question: On drawing P2.0 drawing note number 6 calls out fluid level monitoring
      mounted on wall is this the bj Enterprise equipment called out in written specification
      1146 item H 1 and 2 for waste oil only?
      Response: The fluid level monitoring system is required for the used oil removal system
      only per specification (11146) section 2.4 Used oil evacuation system.

6.    Question: Is Alternate One shown on drawings?
      Response: Yes, see drawing E2.1

7.    Question: Will Building be occupied during construction?
      Response: No. But bus operations will be active.

8.    Question: Clarify curb removal and patching shown on sheet A2.1.
      Response: Concrete curbs shown removed on sheet A1.1 are replaced with new paving
      and bollards on sheet A2.1.

9.    Question: What is to be done with existing lubricant tank?
      Response: Existing 500 gallon tank to be relocated. See drawing P2.0.

10.   Question: The finishes schedule for the offices and restrooms 12 and 13 show nothing for
      the walls and floors. Please clarify
      Response: The existing wall and floor finishes in these rooms are to remain as is.

11.   Question: By door 02 the concrete ramp runs right past an exiting electrical pull trough.
      Please advise.
      Response: Block out around the electrical seal offs so they are not encased in the new
      concrete. Add handrails to both sides of the ramp. Inner railing is to be freestanding.
      Rail to rail clearance for this ramp is to be 42”, which will place rail in front of electric
      trough. See revised drawing sketches for sheets A1.1, A2.1, and E3.1

12.   Question: There does not appear to be any Asbestos survey on the spec. section 02082. Is
      the GC responsible for the asbestos abatement?? The bid form indicates an allowance of
      10,000 for an Industrial Hygienist?? And with out a Survey report, it will be difficult to
      get an accurate price.
      Response:
      There is no Asbestos survey. The GC is responsible fro the asbestos abatement. That is
      correct; the bid form does have an allowance for the Hygienist. See enclosed revised
      Form of Proposal 000400-2 for allowance for Asbestos abatement.

13.    Question: Is there an allowance for abatement somewhere in which we must include in
       our bid like 18.4 in 0200 Instructions to Bidders states, or are we supposed to solicit
       pricing from abatement contractors? The Instructions to Bidders states, or are we
       supposed to solicit pricing from abatement contractors? The Instructions to Bidders
       mentions allowances for abatement contractors and industrial hygienists, however the
       only allowance I can spot on the bid form is for Industrial Hygienists.
       Response:
       See enclosed revised Form of Proposal 000400-2 for allowance for Asbestos abatement.

Section 00400: page 2, a revised page is included with this addendum.

Section 16130:
                  Delete: Paragraph 3.1.B.1, 3.1.B.2, and 3.1.B.3.
                  Insert:
                       3.1.B.1 – Not used
                       3.1.B.2 – Not used
                       3.1.B.3 Rigid steel conduits up to 10 feet above finished floor, and EMT
                       conduits above 10feet above finished floor, for the following locations
                              a. Garage area
                              b. Mechanical room
