     OBJECTIVE

     RESUME SUMMARY:

       After completion of my MSc. (Hort.) from B.C.K.V Mohanpur WB, I have worked for
     more than 8 years in Agribusiness companies at different capacities. Then in between I did
     my full time executive MBA (Specialization Marketing) from Deemed University IBAT
     Bhubaneswar. The varied experience and exposure I have gained helped me to grow
     professionally.

            1. Currently working with Sumitomo Chemical as a Regional Marketing and
               Distribution Manager for West Bengal, Assam and other north east states. Though
               it’s a low populated organization so to looking out my previous experience handle
               hear distribution & Supply chain Management functions also for the zone.
               Coordinate with Factory and handle 6 distribution points and meet the
               requirement as demand by sales team and also do the marketing and sales activity
               in WB and NE states. Handle customer complain, coordinate with sales team to
               understand the diversification in market and to achieve our target.

            2. Worked with the largest rural retail company in India “Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar” as
               a Distribution and Supply chain Manager– Looking for Seeds pesticides.
               Responsible for take the management of all distributions hub located all India.
               Meet the requirements weekly basis for all 300 outlets located all over India.
               Fulfill > 1000 orders and demands in a month during pick season, Market
               linkages, team management, vendor management, work in pressure to meet the
               supply during the season, Handle customer complains as per complain policy,
               work in the IT skills like SAP, MAP and MS office and MS Excel.

            3. With Largest Agrochemical Company in the world Bayer Crop Science Ltd.
               Experience in introducing all range of hybrid paddy and corn seeds in Orissa
               market. Introduces and established Herbicides like Phenoxyprop, Oxydiargyl, and
               various range of Insecticides in Orissa and WB market. Managing warehouse for
               2 & half year at Orissa. Good exposure in wide range of crop management
               (Potato, Paddy, Cotton, Maize, Vegetables, Mustard, Mango etc.), farmers

   Work as a “Regional Manager(Marketing & Distribution)” with Sumitomo Chemical

PRESENT WORK PROFILE

   Solely responsible for all 6 distribution point, meet all demand & order coming
    internally.
   Handle customer complain as per the policy of the company
   Develop relation with traffic department, Manage and coordinate with transporters.
   Long term promotional plan for upcoming new products like new Acaricide and Rice
    Herbicide. Prepare sales budget and planning accordingly to meet the demand
   Handle and plan the whole visit to east zone foreign scientist delegates.
   Responsible for all Marketing and promotional activity in these states.
   Planning and execution of important decision like POP, campaign planning, product
    lunching, close coordination with sales team to achieve sales target, giving inputs to
    HO about pricing and activity of competitors
