Unity Hunt, Inc. Spots a Hot Trend in the Cooling Real Estate Market
[Dallas, Texas] Ranked as the #2 destination city in North America by Conde’ Nast Traveler in their most recent “Readers’ Choice Awards”,
Santa Fe, NM has always been a favorite quick and easy getaway for families in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Santa Fe’s numerous art galleries,
unique specialty stores, and rich Southwestern culture attract Texans and visitors from around the country throughout the year. So when a
one-of-a-kind real estate development opportunity presented itself in the desirable downtown area, Dallas-based Unity Hunt, Inc., the asset
management division of the Lamar Hunt family, jumped at the chance to add an Equity Residence Club to its portfolio of projects.

“Our decision to pursue this opportunity was really based on Santa Fe’s year round popularity with people from all over the U.S. and
particularly, people from the Texas and Dallas– Ft. Worth area,” says Rob Harper, Real Estate Investment and Development Manager for
Unity Hunt, Inc. The company has recently completed The Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe – a 15 residence fractional ownership
development just three blocks from Santa Fe’s famous Plaza where countless shops, galleries, museums, and popular dining destinations
appeal to all tastes. Considered a “hot spot” in the cooling real estate market, the growing fractional ownership industry achieved record sales
volumes in 2006. According to consulting firm Ragatz Associates, the shared-ownership resort industry is now a $2.1 billion industry, with
sales increasing 32% over 2005.

“We felt that the growing popularity of the fractional ownership market for vacation homes would work really well given the
outstanding downtown Santa Fe location, where building restrictions on new construction are greatly curtailing development, “ Harper says.
“We’re the only residential development inside the downtown loop. Second homes in Santa Fe are extremely cost prohibitive given the amount
of time owners really use them. Fractional ownership is a perfect solution.”

Research shows the average second homeowner typically spends only three to four weeks per year at their property. Thus,
fractional home ownership has proven to be a smarter way to own an exclusive home in one of North America’s most coveted and popular
destination cities. With new residential properties in downtown Santa Fe soaring up to $1,000,000, a comparable home at The Residence Club
at El Corazon de Santa Fe starts at $130,000 for a one-eighth ownership share – just one of the reasons it makes sense to affluent buyers.

Club owners Sam and Linda Banks of San Marcos, TX enjoy the hassle-free ownership and ease of booking reservations. “That was
the high appeal to us,” says Sam Banks, “You can park your car and walk every place you need to go. We enjoy the Santa Fe Opera every
summer, and owning a second home here makes it easy to attend more performances. Plus we just show up, and everything’s taken care of.”

Residence Clubs now grace some of the world’s most exclusive destinations, from Cabo San Lucas and Aspen, to Manhattan,
Bermuda, and Florence. Although often confused with timeshares and destination clubs, private residence club owners don’t purchase time.
They actually own deeded real estate, which can be sold, willed or placed in a trust just like any other form of real estate.

                                                                      - more -
El Corazon Club Owners enjoy virtually unlimited vacations, without worrying about repairs and upkeep, security, cleaning, and other
headaches that often make second-home ownership unappealing. The Residence Club lifestyle offers fully furnished luxury vacation-homes
and a host of amenities and services including local spa and golf membership benefits, pre-arrival grocery shopping and an on-site concierge.

The Club is experiencing strong sales, and Harper expects the demand to increase substantially during the popular summer season.
