Raheja Developers Ltd., was established in the year 1990 to kick
start the process of growth in the area of real estate in India and
is now reckoned as pioneer in Housing and Commercial
development sector. The company, having its registered office
in New Delhi, is now one of the fastest growing companies in

300% growth during last three years in terms of revenues and

            approved by Government of India to set up three Special Economic

            engineering SEZ of Northern India over 255 acres of land. As these

            Benefits and Schemes for Laborers and their Families
            The company, through Krishna Mahesh Gayatri Sansthan, has taken
            initiative to introduce the laborers welfare scheme launched by the
            State Govt. to register their workers/ laborers for availing the
            various facilities and benefits of the said scheme.

            Company has commenced the process to register all their workers
              under this scheme as a beneficiary so that, they may be able to
              receive all the benefits under this scheme such as:
            • Health and medical facilities, education to the workers and their
              families;
            • Safety training, skill up-gradation, facilitation relevant support
              for job-placement after training;
            • The worker and his/her family are insured for health insurance
              for a sum of Rs. 30,000/- under the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima
              Yojna;
            • Donation/help of Rs. 21,000/- For the marriage of each worker’s
              daughter (max 2);
            • Scholarships to workers children to motivate for higher and
              better education; and
            • Other benefits as provided under the schemes and policies of
              State Govt.

Environmental Causes
One of our priorities here at Raheja Developers Ltd. is to build
buildings that have a minimal environmental footprint. We
endeavor to employ the newest technologies that are available in
the market so that we may contribute, in whatever possible way, to
reverse the process of unstable climate, which is being recorded on
the global scale presently. Few of technologies we are employing
are:
• Water Harvesting and Re-usage
• Double-glazed, Thermally insulated, tinted glass for Window
panes and Piped Gas
• Solar Energy generation by the use of Photo-Voltaic cells
• Use of Non-toxic bio-degradable materials
• Use of CFL+ light fittings rather than Bulb-based fittings.

Mr. Navin M. Raheja, CMD, is himself a keen naturalist and
environmentalist by choice. He is Former Member, Steering
Committee, Project Tiger, which entailed advising the Government
on Tiger and Wildlife related issues. He was also the member, Tiger
Crisis Cell and his Public Interest Litigation (PIL) before the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India for saving the country's flora and fauna has
brought about some much needed relief for the environment of the

            Social Facilities at all the construction sites

            Raheja Developers Ltd. is doing its best for supporting the
            underprivileged. Some of the activities that the company is involved
            with, for the welfare and well being of the workers, are:
            • Provide safety nets, helmets and other safety equipments at
              construction sites.
            • Free food and nutrition to the workers on sites at least once a
              week
            • Educating them on topics ranging from Safety training, skill up-
              gradation etc.

            A system of primary education with the facilities of day care centers
            for the children of laborers on each site by Krishna Mahesh Gayatri
            Sansthan, a NGO, registered with the object for educating
            underprivileged children and facilities to the laborers are provided.
            The facilities provided to children include:
            • All the three meals, uniform, course books and stationery;
            • They are taught various primary school subjects like English,
            Maths, Hindi, Computers along with Yoga, Yagya and the Vedic way
            of life.

            The biggest aim that the company wants to achieve eventually is to
            teach and guide these children an ethical and socially responsible
            way of leading their lives in the future. This will enable them to be

The achievements posted by Raheja Developers rightly prove that
ideas and innovations backed by vision and determination always bring
in commendable results. Starting with meager resources and
undertaking execution of one medium sized project at a time, the
assets base of the company now comprises of mega projects spread

              Raheja Developers Ltd. was incorporated with Registrar of
              Companies of Delhi & Haryana. under a certificate of
              incorporation number 55-422 of 1990-91 on 27.11.1990.
              Main objectives to be perused by the company subsequent
              to incorporation are as under:-


              • To sell, lease, let, mortgage or otherwise dispose off land,
                houses, buildings and such other immovable properties
                of the company or of the others.

           Mr. Navin M Raheja, founder
           director and MD of the company, is
           an entrepreneur and visionary par
           excellence. Mr. Raheja, a young
           man of 54 years, is M.B.E from Delhi
           university & Post Graduate Diploma
           in Journalism and has experience of
           around two decades in real estate
           business. It has been primarily
           because of his vision, determination, dedication and untiring efforts
           that the company has achieved present heights and status and is
           growing & expanding fast. Starting as a small entrepreneur, he has
           demonstrated that results can be achieved if one backs resolve with
           purpose. The most extraordinary achievement under his
           stewardship is that deadlines and commitments have been
           honoured and this has been possible because of his remarkable
           knack of inking even the minutest of details while planning a project.
           Conferment of 2009 IIM award for excellence as Top Managing
           Director by Institute of Marketing & Management demonstrate the
           same and Udyog Rattan Award for outstanding performance in the
           field of industrial development of the country and “Glory of India
           Award” by Institute of Economic Studies, Delhi. Moreover, he has
           bestowed number of awards and accolades.

           Mr. Raheja is actively associated with functioning of many
           chambers/organizations such as ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CII, CREDAI,
           NAREDCO etc. and is the member of the National Executive
           Committee of FICCI. He has represented these organizations at
           various national and international events and has made landmark
           contributions time and again. His in-depth knowledge of various
           critical economic and environmental issues, comprehensive
           understanding of Real Estate scenario and overall persona has
           charmed the members of various international Chambers of
           Commerce, Industrialists and beaurocrates and his views have
           been profoundly appreciated by them.

           Apart from being a renowned real estate developer, Mr. Rahjea is a
           philanthropist and an avid wild-life enthusiast with a strong
           commitment towards conservation of forests and survival of the
           Indian Tiger in its natural habitat. He has been a member of
           steering committee of Project Tiger (1997-2002) and Chairman,
           Wildlife Conservation Society of India under the Ministry of
           Environment & Forests, Govt. of India.

Mr.Yogesh Raheja
Director (Projects)

Mr.Yogesh Raheja joined Raheja Developers Limited in
2002 as an Architect. He holds a Bachelors degree in
Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture
(SPA), Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business
Management (PGDBM) from Management Development
Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. Member of Council of
Architecture, India he has been associated with several
projects where he promoted and successfully completed
projects covering millions of square feet. He is involved
grossly with Architectural design; town planning,
research and experimentation with construction &
infrastructure technologies for sustainable development.
He strongly believes that perfection in any building
design and workmanship comes only when there is
perfection in the planning and decision making. Unless
and until an architect doesn’t have the synchronization of
both these, he cannot achieve the best in the World.

Yogesh Raheja belongs to the second generation of
entrepreneurs and enjoys interest in Renewable energy
infrastructure projects as well. Yogesh Raheja invests any
extra time in rallying and has won various accolades in
the same.

Mr. Nayan N. Raheja
Director

Mr. Nayan N. Raheja joined Raheja Developers Limited in
2006 as an Architect. He holds a Bachelors degree in
Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture
(SPA). Member of Council of Architecture, India he has
been associated with several projects where he promoted
and successfully completed projects covering millions of
square feet. He is involved grossly with Architectural
design, town planning, research and experimentation with
construction & infrastructure technologies for sustainable
development. He strongly believes that perfection in any
building design and workmanship comes only when there is
perfection in the planning and decision making. Unless and
until an architect doesn't have the synchronization of both
these, he cannot achieve the best in the World. He is also
spearheading the business development, finance and
Information technology side of things at Raheja
developers.

Mr Nayan N. Raheja is an alternate nominee on the National
Executive Committee of FICCI. He is also on the youth
leader committee of Assocham.

Nayan N. Raheja belongs to the second generation of
entrepreneurs and invests any extra time in Wildlife
photography and and has won various accolades in the
same. He is a director in Raheja Productions, a leading
production house that makes films on environment, socially
relevant issues and wildlife. He is also the Managing
Director of Raheja Showbiz, his own venture for producing
feature films. His present project is a youth based movie to
be released in cinemas in the first half of 2011.

            Dr. M. Yusuf Khan
            Independent Director

            Dr. Khan has had a distinguished career spanning over a decade
            in banking and was instrumental in the rapid growth of Jammu
            and Kashmir Bank during his chairmanship between 1996 and
            2005. During his time as Chairman, the turnover of the bank
            went from a mere $890 million to $7.3 billion and the NPA came
            down from a double digit figure to just 1.41%. When he left,
            about 95% of the branches of the bank had been computerized
            and were offering Internet Banking facility to its customers for
            the first time.

            Dr. Khan is a nominated member of the Chattisgarh Economic
            Advisory; Government of India, Member of the Banking and
            Financial Institutions Committee of FICCI and Member of the
            Managing Committee of Indian Banking Association. He also
            serves on the Board of Directors for Bharat Hotels and Zee
            Telefilms. Dr. Khan received Gaurav Samman (Best Banker of
            the year-2001) Award from Union Home Minister L K Advani for
            his meritorious services in the field of Banking. He is the
            recipient of several prestigious awards like "Udyog Rattan"
            award, "Pride of India & IMM" award, for excellence as top
            professional manager, and "Excellence Award" by Institute of
            Economic Studies among several others.

            He is a science graduate from the University of Kashmir and has
            a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Management (PHD) from
            Burkes University in UK.

Mr. Zubair Ahmed
Independent Director

A graduate from St Stephen’s College in Delhi Zubair started his
career in Voltas India Limited. In September the same year,
Zubair left Voltas to join Unilever as a Management Trainee.
After handling positions of increasing responsibility in the Middle
East Region he was appointed Sales Operations Manager,
Middle East Region based out of Bristol, UK in 1990 and
consequently Regional Manager, Dubai, UAE in 1992.

Zubair then joined the Gillette Middle East operation as Sales
Director in Dubai, with responsibility for all the Gillette product
categories. In recognition of his achievements in the Middle East
and the leadership competencies demonstrated by Zubair in the
areas of strategic planning, building a successful team, strategic
relationship building and driving results, he was promoted and
posted to Bangalore in India as Managing Director, to head a
Gillette acquisition in India: Wiltech India Limited. This was a
blade and razors company set up in technical collaboration with
Wilkinson Sword U.K. After a two and half year assignment as
head of Wikinson, Zubair was promoted to take charge as the
Managing Director of Indian Shaving Products (ISP) which was
the flagship company of Gillette in India where he managed to
successfully merge the two Blades and Razors companies into
one, leading to the formation of Gillette India Ltd. The
successful completion of this merger resulted in Zubair being
promoted to the position of Regional General Manager, South
Asia HUB. The biggest challenge in this role was to put the
domestic (India) business on a profitable growth path which he
did with preparing and executing a focused 3 year strategic
marketing plan for Gillette, India which was initiated in 2002 and
by 2005 gave Gillette clear value leadership in 3 of the 4 product
categories it competes in India. Presently, he is working with
GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited as Managing
Director effective December, 2006.

                THE BEGINNING
Subsequent to incorporation, the company has undertaken &
completed following projects:

                                           Gurgaon : This is one of the
                                           earliest projects executed by
                                           t h e c o m p a n y. L a n d
                                           measuring 172 acres,
                                           situated at Tighra-Gurgaon,
                                           purchased during 1990-91,
                                           was developed and all
                                           requisite civil amenities were
                                           arranged. Subsequent to
landscaping and plantation, entire area was divided into units of two
acres each and sold to various buyers. A combination of farms houses
and plotted dwellings, is a classic example of value addition in Real
Estate in the country as price of this land has appreciated over 650
times during the intervening period of 19 years.


Raheja Pine Gardens : An exclusive
residential estate nestling within a

Nainital. It is ideally located on 5 acres

      Raheja Expo Trade Tower, it will have 60 rooms with all the facilities. We are

RAHEJA ENGINEERING CITY, GURGAON

Rahejas´ Special Economic Zone is the first Engineering SEZ to get
notification in northern India. The formal approval for this sector specific
SEZ was issued on 10th August 2007 and it was notified by Govt. of India
through Extraordinary Gazette dated 10th March 2008. This 255 acres SEZ
is situated at a distance of one KM from IMT Manesar and Sector-95,
Gurgaon, Haryana and has USPs like KMP global corridor, National Freight
Corridor, Rail Head Junction and IGI Airport. The master-planning of the
project has been finalized and development activities are underway.
Expression of Interest from various reputed companies for setting up
industrial units over land measuring more than 160 acres have already
been received and are being processed.

In addition to 268 acres of land already acquired, the company has
initiated the process of acquisition of additional land from the owners with
their willing support and participation in the project. This engineering city
