African Amber -- This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded
malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor. Locally sourced two row grain and a
blend of specialty malts give our amber its rich taste. Further complexity is achieved by leaving
the beer unfiltered, providing exceptional flavor, as well as giving our amber its unique "cloudy"
look. Lastly, we actually place a bag of fresh, locally grown, Yakima valley hops in each keg
creating what has become the original, cult classic, northwest amber ale.

Blackcat Porter -- Hints of chocolate and coffee accent this rich and creamy brew.
Blackcat‘s smooth approachable flavor demonstrates that dark beers can be enjoyed by
all. Our traditional Porter features five select specialty malts, English Ale yeast and fresh
Northwest hops. Blackcat is clean and crisp, yet complex and flavorful. A superbly
balanced beer that is drinkable any time of the year.

METHOW VALLEY BREWING COMPANY
Twisp, Washington

Cream Ale – Its refreshing taste is perfect on a hot summer day, and its moderate
alcohol level makes it a great session beer. Its history stems from the immigration of
Europeans to North America, when pale lagers were the beers of choice but bottom
fermenting lager yeast was not available. Thus a beer style was developed which
combined top fermenting English ale yeast with the German tradition of cold storage, and
‗lager ale‘ or ‗cream ale‘ was born.

Methow Valley Porter – Porter originated in England and got its name from its
popularity with people of that profession. Our porter is less hoppy than a traditional
British porter, which makes it very smooth despite its black color.

mixture of spices, orange peel, coriander and ginger give this wheat beer a smooth yet
distinct flavor. It is brewed with Kolsch yeast, and we decided to steep the spices in the
whirlpool for 15 mins just prior to cooling and fermentation; similar to a finishing hop
addition. As with cooking, this method keeps the spice flavors and aromas intact, and
soft/subtle. ABV: 5.2% IBU: 12

Arrogant Bastard Ale - At Stone Brewing, we believe that pandering to the lowest
common denominator represents the height of tyranny - a virtual form of keeping the
consumer barefoot and stupid. Brought forth upon an unsuspecting public in 1997,
Arrogant Bastard Ale openly challenged the tyrannical overlords who were brazenly
attempting to keep Americans chained in the shackles of poor taste. As the progenitor of
its style, Arrogant Bastard Ale has reveled in its unprecedented and uncompromising
celebration of intensity. There have been many nods to Arrogant Bastard Ale…even
outright attempts to copy it… but only one can ever embody the true nature of liquid
Arrogance! 7.2% ABV
