All Checks and Money Orders are to be made out to All Nations Veterans Council.
There will be NO REFUNDS!

As a Trader for the 4th Annual Powwow, I hereby agree to the following:
Native American Traders Marketing North American Indian Arts and Crafts ONLY
Traders will be solely responsible for any and all transactions, purchases in full, deposits,
defective products and/or merchandise between other traders and customers
FEE: $100.00 per 12 foot increments strictly enforced.
Trader spaces will only be reserved if paid for in advance. The Powwow committee reserves
the right to assign all space(s). Walk-ins are on first come first serve basis and payment must
be in CASH ONLY.
ALL FEES must be paid in full before set up.
Traders assume all responsibility for complying with all local, state and federal laws and all
regulations regarding fire, safety and health.
Trader agrees to hold harmless All Nations Veteran Council and their agents, staff and
successors and/or assigns, for personal injury during or in connection to the event.
Your vendor fee does include a rustic campsite on the powwow grounds.
CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. Under extenuating
circumstances, an appeal may be made All Nations Veterans Council Powwow Committee
Should this event be cancelled, any fees paid in advance will be refunded
Set-up begins at 9:00am on Friday May 20, 2011.
Saturday set-up must be approved in advance by the powwow committee
Traders are responsible to keep their area clean from debris during and after this event
The powwow committee reserves the right to ask any or all displays be removed from the show
if found to be non- North American Indian arts and crafts, if items are found to be poor taste or
if traders do not comply with the policies and regulations set forth in this agreement.
Vendor fees do NOT include state park vehicle pass.
