Over all 6 Years of experience in recognized US based Organizations as a Mechanical
Design Engineer, possessing International Experience, Driving License and US visa upto
2017.Now seeking for an environment where my skills and experience can be shared and

  USA:           The aim of the travel was

                Study of design of Single Facer, a machine for flute creation on
                 corrugation boards.
                Support Single Facer team in standardizing the machine design.
                Handle support for upcoming projects at offshore location,

 Hungary:

                Train and support the MarquipWard United Engineering Team, Hungary
                 in the latest design of low cost Double Facer corrugation machine.
                Train and support the MarquipWard United Engineering Team, Hungary,
                 in design soft wares DBWorks and MAPICS


PROJECTS HANDLED:

      Automatic valve handling system
       An automation system, loading of air tubes valves into the rotary Table for
       machining of 7 operations by mechanical gripper and unloading is also by
       mechanical gripper.

      Automatic headlight unloading system
       An Automatic unloading system which unloads a car Headlights from 350 tone
       injection molding machine by mechanical gripper.

      Grease nipple assembly system An Automatic machine of Grease nipple
       assembly. Grease nipple is made to
       Run to rotary table and then from there, it is distributed for various operations.
      Oil seal inspection system
       A Semi- Automatic Inspections system ,with the help of sensors will detect
       presence of springs.

      Sticker pasting & packaging system
       An Automatic system, Sticker Pasting, Printing & packing of Grinding wheels .
       This includes a rotary table from which it will be distributed for the different
       operations like printing and packaging of the grinding wheel.

      Hydraulic cushion testing system
