									                   The Living
The taxonomy for living organisms follows. You do not have to take a
certain Living Skill even if you consider yourself a member of that
species. You take them to emphasize that part of your nature and
benefit from it most. You can also apply Undead or Other skills like
Machine and Were skills to create alterations on the usual living things.

The skills available are Species skills and you may take any of them in
any number or combination, though the GM may limit you. They are
grouped together into Superspecies. Included with each Species Skill is
the data on what the Species skill does, the number of slots the skill
takes up in parentheses, the specialties most common for that species,
and a description of each species.

In addition, the Subspecies are listed. These are obtained by taking
multiple copies of the same species skill. Doing so, you receive the
benefits additively and this is how Subspecies are defined; all as an
advancement of the main species obtained by taking the Species skill
multiple times. For example, under Malboro, the following is listed:

Level 2: Alto Malboro
Level 3: Mezzo Malboro
Level 4: Soprano Malboro

This means that if you take the Species Skill “Malboro” twice, you are
an Alto Malboro. If you take it 3 times, you are a Mezzo Malboro.

Slight changes may result in the appearance and behavior of average
subspecies members, that is, becoming more at one with a species
may alter more how the average individuals behave. The more times
you take it, that is the higher the level, the stronger that Subspecies in
general, since you have to have more slots to fit it. However, especially
for players, there is no reason you need to take a Species skill 3 times
just because you have room.

If something has just one copy of the Species skill, it is considered level
1. Usually you just call a level 1 the species name. However,
sometimes they go by something else and those are listed.

Below is the color code for Superspecies and Species. Afterward, all the
species are listed. Terrain is listed for each. It’s the most common. Any
of them can be found in various relms depending on their nature.

Terrain: Material

Level 1: Lavos Spawn
Level 2: Mature Lavos
Level 3: Emerging Lavos
Level 4: Tarrasque
Level 5: Giganotarrasque

Lavos is a huge, incredibly powerful complex space faring organism
which feeds on Solaron particles. It starts out in the Spawn stage. Even
at this point it is still very powerful. It matures and consumes the
remaining solarons on the planet to grow stronger. Eventually it
reaches the Mature Lavos form. Once it does so it forms into a ball and
launches into space to seek out a planet which supports life and thus
has solarons. When it finds one it crashes into the planet burying itself
deep underground. It then directs the evolution of the life on the planet
to increase intelligence and thus produce stronger souls with more

                                                                      17
solarons. All the while absorbing solarons constantly. It directs the
evolution also because it incorporates beneficial characteristics of the
life into itself adapting. Once it has absorbed sufficient energy it
emerges and spawns. At this point it has tremendous power and the
spawning process devastates the surface of the planet. The Lavos
spawn shot out from the shell repeat the process.

The emerged Lavos then sheds part of its shell converting into a more
space fairing form called a Tarrasque and leaves the planet. The Lavos
spawn can consume the shell which is rich in solarons and it will leave
more shell behind if there is not much Life left on the planet as to
ensure the Spawn’s survival. The space fairing Lavos is not longer able
to reproduce having shed part of its shell. It travels thru space and
does what it pleases now most usually attacking planets by swooping
from space down on them and causing massive devastation. It can
then absorb even more Solarons and grow stronger and larger.
Eventually it reaches a planetary size and is known as a
Giganotarrasque. It can absorb the Solarons of a planet directly and it
continues to grow larger and larger. Eventually the planets with
Solarons become scarce and so it will seed planets with life in order to
cause them to produce life with Souls so it can feed on it. It does this
with many planets as it can alter the atmospheres and even orbits of
planets to make them suitable for life. Thus often the planets a mature
Lavos ends up on are ones a giganotarrasque initially seeded.

The most notable feature of Lavos is the spiky shell. This however is
only one part of it, like the shell of a turtle. More exists internally of
that shell. The “eye” of Lavos which sticks out thru the shell is actually
the top part of a large organic mesh inside the shell which is connected
with 6 organic tubes to the shell and also connected directly to the
base of the shell. Interior to that is the Life Pod. In a Lavos spawn,
that’s it. However, in a mature Lavos, the Life pod also creates a
support pod and a core. The core is the means by which the Life pod
interacts and functions controlling things and it appears somewhat
humanoid. The core can be destroyed and the Life pod can simply
create another. The core is the intelligence of the Lavos, the life pod is
only the biological center of the creature which allows it to continue to
live. The support pod acts to protect the Life Pod and the core and
keep them functioning.

                                                                       18
Phoenix(42)

Skill Effect: Vitality +9, Ki +31, Power Up +41, Aim +35, Speed +10.
Fire Resistance +2.

Usual Specialties: Paladin, Esper
Terrain: Esper, Ethereal

Level 2: Nova Bird

A bird of death and rebirth. It is a master of fire elemental energy skills
and recovery skills. It can undergo a transformation into a pure energy
form and enhance its already powerful energy effects. A phoenix is
very intelligent, smarter than most humanoids and can survive in
space with no problems not needing to breath. They simply absorb
heat energy to survive. They frequently live in stars absorbing the
energy inside, as a result they can survive massive nuclear explosions
without problems. They also frequently use magical effects and are
said to be able to create their own materia while inside stars. They are
only really vulnerable to ice and water elemental attacks. Its hard to hit
them with those though as they are very fast an agile despite being
rather large. In addition even if you damage it, it can heal as
mentioned before quite well.

                                                                        19
Magical Creatures
Mu(3)

Skill Effect: Evade +7, Speed +3

Usual Specialties: Monster, Thief
Terrain: Material, Ethereal, Esper

Level 2: Nortia
Level 3: Peepers
Level 4: Rhodox

Sort of a little like a squirrel and a beaver and a mole. The Mu is comfy
swimming, leaping thru treetops or burrowing underground. It is very
fast and has strong magical power. It makes elaborate nests and is
often foraging materials to construct them.

Bomb(6)

Skill Effect: Power Up +14, Fire Resistance +1.

Usual Specialties: Monster, Demon
Terrain: Material, Kakai

                                                                      20
Level 2: Balloon
Level 3: Grey Bomb
Level 4: Grenade
Level 5: Mine
Level 6: Detonator
Level 7: Volcano

ASPLOYUNGGGGGGGG!!!!!! The bomb is a magical creature that is
made of fire. It is brutal in its attacks and relentless though will flee
from water or ice based attacks. The bomb’s specialty is exploding. It
can do massive damage using explosions that damage everyone
including itself. It generally takes less damage doing so than enemies
as it uses fire as an element in the explosion and it is very resistant to
fire. Bombs reproduce thru fission once they are large enough. They
may also fuse with other bombs becoming larger and then later may
fission apart though the original bombs are now lost in the fusion.

Slime(5)

Skill Effect: Armor +17

Usual Specialties: Monster, Buu
Terrain: Any

Level 2: Pudding
Level 3: Gelatin
Level 4: Jam
Level 5: Jelly
Level 6: Flan
Level 7: Tofu
Level 8: Mustard
Level 9: Goo
Level 10: Green Slime
Level 11: Muck
Level 12: Scum
Level 13: Pink Puff

Slimy blobs of magical goo which can be found just about anywhere.
Slimes are most known for their extreme resistance to physical
elements. In addition they often carry a strong resistance to at least a
single magical element in hopes the attacker will use energy attacks

                                                                       21
with that element. Slimes reproduce by splitting off a piece of
themselves. That piece called a protoslime, until about a month old will
be immobile and more or less non-functional. After about a month, it
will mature into an adult. During its non-functional period, if it contacts
other protoslimes, it can fuse with them. This results in the mature
slime being stronger (of a higher subspecies than the components).

Antlion(14)

Skill Effect: Resistance +30, Hit +16

Usual Specialties: Monster
Terrain: Material

A monster which usually lives in the desert though sometimes in the
dirt. It creates a whirlpool in the dirt that pools individuals toward it. It
then uses its sharp mandibles to tear the creature apart. Afterward it
submerges into the ground and rests until it needs to feed again. Some
Antlions have about doglike intelligence and can learn simple
commands though they’re not exactly overly friendly. Antlions mate
and the females lay eggs. When she lays eggs she also produces Sand
Rubies. This magical crystal can cure virtually any status ailment or
disease and restore large amounts of HP. The Rubies act to ensure the
offspring are safe by restoring them if they are injured or hurt. Other
species can use them as well though.

                                                                          22

Usual Specialties: Neko, Monster, Esper

A magical feline. It’s powerful and fast. It also uses magic and energy
which it focuses using its long extended whisker like tentacles. Some
have been known to be able to teleport around making them
extremely difficult to hit and giving them a great ability to ambush
prey. They always hunt in pairs and sometimes the pairs join up in up
to a dozen to attack stronger prey. They are most concerned with the
size of the prey though, so they would mostly do this when attacking a
large creature like certain Dinosaurs.

                                                                    23

what hatches can be very different from the original mating individuals.
Pokemon rely on their appearance as to being cute or unusual in order
to trick other individuals into caring for them as pets, thus ensuring
they can survive easier. They undergo evolutions which is something
like a permanent transformation that radically enhances their abilities.
Most Pokemon are pretty weak though some rare ones are insanely
powerful.

Usual Specialties: Any
Terrain: Any

Level 2: Special Lagomorph
Level 3: Delux Lagomorph
Level 4: Elite Lagomorph

Koosh(10)

Skill Effect: Speed +12, vitality +5, Evade +10, Dodge +6

Level 2: Chibi Koosh (10 dmg needle)
Level 3: Teen Koosh (50 dmg needle)
Level 4: Koosh Koosh (100 dmg needle)
Level 5: Super Koosh (500 dmg needle)

                                                                         25
Level 6: Ultra Koosh (1000 dmg needle)
Level 8: Hyper Koosh (3333 dmg needle)
Level 7: Master Koosh (6666 dmg needle)
Level 8: Lord Koosh (9999 dmg needle)
Level 9: God Koosh (13333 dmg needle)
Level 10: Mega Koosh (16666 dmg needle or greater)

Kooshes are evolved from Lagomorphs in fact, very recently, a few
thousand years ago. Kooshes are most famous for their needle attacks
which are similar to those used by Cactuars. Where a Koosh might not
seem that powerful, it can perform a very very powerful attack for a
creature of its Level, often devastating ill prepared opponents.
A Koosh's body does not age and it cannot die of old age. As a Koosh
lives, it naturally becomes stronger. It's Koosh needle attack becomes
stronger too. There appears to be no limit to this, so if something
doesn’t kill it, it keeps getting stronger, though the rate slows
considerably. Listed above with the subspecies are the damage that
their needle attacks do at each age.

Hulk Hogan feared Kooshes more than anything else. He was well
aware of their incredible power. Baby Kooshes are very tiny, so easy to
miss. You may walk right through a group of them without knowing.
Thus for the most part, Kooshes older than 100 years are rare, and the
older the Koosh, the rarer, thanks to Hogan. Koosh is the most
common followed by Super and Teen Koosh. Chibi, baby, and to a
lesser extend teen Koosh are usually kept protected by Super Koosh
groups in their well hidden Koosh-layers, so they are rarely seen. Ultra
Koosh are rather rare, often leading Koosh-layers with other Super
Koosh. Master Koosh are very very rare. Master Koosh travel a lot and
move about between Koosh-lairs, spreading Koosh-news to other
Koosh. sometimes having very strong Lairs hidden deeply and
disguised with powerful magic. Koosh speak of Kooshlords and
stronger as real; others have not seen them except for a forest on the
spirit plane which is populated with at least a few Koosh Lords. Suffice
as to say, if you see one pull out your game cards, your going on a one
way trip to the afterlife.

Kooshes generally stick together in the Koosh-Lair. However, they
alternate making daily quests for food and for information. They are all
friendly with other Kooshes but generally hostile with non-Koosh if they
view them as a threat. They don't want others to know where the
Kooshes are. As they get older, they become more and more intelligent
and often lose the attack first ask questions later attitude. Kooshes run
away frequently as well, for they value their lives a lot, and only risk it
if a lot of other Koosh are in danger.

                                                                        26
Troll(16)

Skill Effect: Power Up +42, Aim +10

Usual Specialties: Esper, Saiyan
Terrain: Material, Esper, Spirit

Level 2: Distinctive
Level 3: Festive
Level 4: Gala

Trolls are another species that have evolved from Lagomorphs. They
have gained greater intelligence and power than their ancestors. Their
hair is made of pure ki and energy and gives them an enormous supply.
The shorter their hair the less they have built up. However, they are
not the wisest of creatures. The are rather silly and don’t use their
intelligence for much other than trivia. They live in villages and work
together all the time. Rarely will you encounter less than 4 or so of
them.

                                                                   27
Goblinoid
Goblin(2)

Skill Effect: Strength +2, Speed +2, Hit +1, Evade +2

Usual Specialties: Monster, Warrior
Terrain: Any

Level 2: Green
Level 3: Grey
Level 4: Captain
Level 5: Dark
Level 6: God

Goblins are a tribal species that are good warriors and live with low
technology usually. They have rudimentary magic but little energy
abilities until higher levels. They follow a caste system with the
stronger Goblins, almost always simply born stronger, ruling the
weaker ones. Goblins respect stronger Goblins and this respect turns
toward worship with the strongest Goblins. Goblins always attack in
large numbers to overwhelm their foes because in general they are not
that powerful individually. All other Goblinoids evolved from isolated
tribes of Goblins. This occurred relatively recently, as a result,
Goblinoids can all interbreed with other Goblinoid species.

Hobgoblin(5)

Skill Effect: Strength +7, Speed +2, Hit +1, Evade +2, Vitality +5

Usual Specialties: Monster, Warrior
Terrain: Any but Esper, Ethereal

                                                                     28
Level 2: Hob Devil

A half Orc - half goblin. The closeness in relation of the Goblinoids allow
such crossbreeding. Hobgoblins can breed with other hobgoblins
normally producing hobgoblins. They can breed with goblins or orcs
producing goblins or orcs respectively. They can also breed with Ogres
producing Orcs.

Hobgoblins do not function well in Goblin or Orc society and often life
alone sometimes commanding weaker Goblins and Orc that are upset
with their normal orders. Hobgoblins also will gather with other
Hobgoblins and form villages thus Hobgoblins are a strong species not
relegated to only a rare occurrence of subspecies mating.

Orc(8)

Skill Effect: Strength +10, Vitality +6, Hit +6, Armor +4

Usual Specialties: Warrior, Weapon, Mail
Terrain: Material, Demon

Level 2: Forc

Orcs are the result of a cross between Humans and Goblins but this
cross was magically achieved many years ago and they have evolved
quickly since then to a more distinct species after fighting off the
oppressors who forced them into existence and servitude. Orcs are all
good warriors by design and are proud and will fight to the death.
Kinda like Klingons. This is engrained deeply in their minds and its hard
for them to resist it and be any different.

                                                                        29
Ogre(10)

Skill Effect: Strength +10, Vitality +13, Armor +10

Usual Specialties: Warrior, Wrestler
Terrain: Material, Demon

Level 2: Ogre Mage

Ogres are the product of a Giant and an Orc mating, thus they are half
Giant - half Orc. Ogres can breed with other Ogres normally producing
Ogres. They can breed with Giants or orcs producing Giants or orcs
respectively. They can also breed with Hobgoblins producing Orcs.

Ogres are not as intelligent as other Goblinoids but are much stronger.
They gather into tribes and live peacefully off the land. However those
who end up being born in Goblin or Giant lands tend to have a tougher
time as they are not readily accepted. Ogres are quick to anger though
and will fight to the death for the vengeance of fallen comrades. This is
a generalization but is honestly frequently the case.

Giant(14)

Skill Effect: Strength +10, Vitality +13, Armor +10, Resistance +5, Hit

Usual Specialties: Warrior

evolve much faster and they ended up growing large and powerful with
strong magic and energy. Giants are at smallest 6 feet tall and largest
about 12. They are very independent and do not form into tribes
relying on their own strength. They do form families and this is as
organized as they get.

Imp(13)

Skill Effect: Strength +8, Speed +9, Hit +10, Evade +8, Dodge +8

Usual Specialties: Monster, Demon, Weapon
Terrain: Any

Level 5: Prince
Level 6: Trickster
Level 7: Lil’ Murder

An offshoot of the Goblins, Imps are much stronger and evil. Low level
Imps look identical to Goblins but as they get stronger they take on a
more demonic appearance even growing wings, tails, horns, claws,
fangs, and changing the color of their skin. They also become more
vicious.

                                                                    31

A Medusa appears as a humanoid with a forked tongue and greenish or
greyish skin and snakes instead of hair... Medusas can poison up close
but can use strong Stone status attacks at a distance. All you have to
do is look at its eyes and it can do this. While a Medusa can indeed
stone itself, it will wear off eventually, plus it can deactivate its ability
any time it wants. Medusas are usually solitary employing minions to
go about and find them prey or luring adventurers in with treasure.

Terrain: Material, Astral

Level 2: Lamia
Level 3: Lilith
Level 4: Leshy
Level 5: Lillend

Serpentinas appear as snakes from the waste down and as female
humanoids from the waste up. They are all in fact female, but slightly
different in that they reproduce in a sexual like manner despite being
of the same gender. Its not uncommon for both individuals to become
pregnant during mating. Serpentinas often have snake like features
though such as hissy tongues or vertical pupils. Leshy and Lillends
often have scales all over their body and Lillends may even have snake
hoods like a cobra. Serpentinas are all capable of producing poison and
constriction attacks. In generally they are more intelligent than most
humanoids and also faster.

Serpentinas create full societies but without much in the way of culture.
Instead they rely on logic and reasoning. They are very open minded
and tend to be caring individuals. They are peaceful but will protect
themselves intensely if threatened.

                                                                          33

large snake and from the waste up a humanoid with 6 arms. The skin is
redish and the colors of the scales can vary. Mariliths are very powerful
and may hold positions of authority in Demon society despite not being
Demons. Their skill with weapons is unmatched.

                                                                      34

manipulation. Their primary attacks are restricting and poisoning. They
may also inflict paralyzing and stat down and break conditions. Nagas
are solitary except when they mate and then the mother remains with
the hatchlings only until they are about a week old.

                                                                    35
Fairie
Sprite(3)

Skill Effect: Evade +5, Dodge +5

Usual Specialties: Thief
Terrain: Material, Any

Level 2: Fey
Level 3: Puck

The most varied of Fairies. It appears like a humanoid but with wings
and much smaller, usually between 14 and 18 cm. They’re skilled with
magic but physically weak. They may use light energy attacks
particularly elemental ones. They tend to use more odd abilities than
anything. They may live solitary lives or with others at times. They all
have very distinct personalities.

Sylph(5)

Skill Effect: Evade +5, Dodge +5, Power Up +7

Usual Specialties: Monster, Thief, Esper
Terrain: Material, Astral, Spirit, Ethereal

                                                                     36
Level 2: Scamp
Level 3: Tart
Level 3: Minx

An air Fairy that’s a little shorter than a Sprite, between 12 and 16 cm.
It is sturdier than sprites or pixies but a little slower. It still uses mostly
magic but it does use a few weaker energy attacks too sometimes.
Sylphs tend to be more mischievous than Sprites or Pixies particularly
with Humanoid devices they will investigate and mess around with.
Sylphs frequently enjoy flying and many fly very high into the sky and
thru whatever obstacles they can find to test themselves.

Pixie(4)

Skill Effect: Speed +2, Ki +2, Evade +1, Dodge +2. Lightning
Resistance +1.

Usual Specialties: Duelist, Esper
Terrain: Material, Astral, Spirit, Esper, Ethereal

Level 2: Twinkle
Level 3: Sparkle
Level 4: Shimmer
Level 5: Glimmer

An Energy Fairy that’s very energetic. A pixie is much more energy
based than a sprite or sylph. They use big energy attacks along with
magic. They are very fast but cannot fly for as long as Sylphs or Sprites.
They tend to enjoy investigating everything intensely and whirl around
all over but are much more fearful than other Sprites. This is perhaps
because they are the smallest among the Sprites at between 6 and 10
cm. And so Pixies tend to flee any signs of danger and hide from larger
creatures.

                                                                            37

They are also resistant to physical elements somewhat. They are
frequently well trained with warrior and paladin skills and use
extensive weapons and materia. They can perform energy attacks and
magical attacks both. They can swim thru the water at incredible
speed. They can survive out of the water but they need to drink more
than an average humanoid so they don’t do well in arid environments.
Undines have righteous fury and conviction toward their causes and
will kill to see their beliefs preserved but otherwise are friendly enough.

                                                                       38

often overly complex for their objectives. Gnomes also love underwear
and will collect old used underwear of their victims for bedding. They
are about a foot tall. Magic is their specialty but they have been known
to perfect a physical attack or energy attack to surprise foes. Gnomes
may form alliances with other Gnomes temporarily to achieve larger
goals and complete their plans.

attributes they are unmistakable for a human.

                                                                     40
Elves are extremely well rounded with a mix of lots of abilities much
like Humans though they are not quite as strong they are more agile.
Elf society is very different than human society relying on nature and
magic instead of civilization and technology. Still, many Elves find their
way away from that society and into other roles.

Dryad(16)

Skill Effect: Vitality +14, Armor +24, Strength + 15

Usual Specialties: Monster

a lot like plants but aren’t technically, they have just evolved to
function like them.

                                                                       41

Terrain: Any

Level 2: Derro
Level 3: Duergar

An Earth Fairy. Dwarves are about 3.5 feet tall on average. Some reach
as little as 2.5 feet and others as high as 4.5 feet. Dwarves are strong
but not that agile. Dwarves are good at fighting but not as good with
magic in general, though not always the case of course.

Dwarf society is very complex. Dwarves live on mountains or
underground mostly and farm for food. Dwarves mine materials for
trade to acquire other goods. They have a job system where each
family of Dwarves forces their offspring to perform the jobs they had in
order to benefit the society. Thus many Dwarves run away from home
becoming adventurers. The most common adventurer is a Dwarf in fact.
Dwarves are notorious for hating their relatives, preferring to choose
the individuals they care about themself.

In Dwarf relationships one individual assumes a submissive position
and grows a beard. This is so the dominate one can pull on it as a sign
of control. These positions are switched often, sometimes more than
1/month, often based on tasks to complete. Whoever is better at a
certain task will assume control. This is for major tasks like harvesting
the crops. Dwarves are not stubborn at all. Dwarf beards grow fast,
however the beard emits a blocker pheromone stopping growth once it
reaches a certain length. This inhibits the partner’s growth too if they
are around them enough.

                                                                      42

Dwarves. They don’t hang around other Leprechauns either except to
mate. Leprechauns use many tricky skills instead of direct attacks.

pieces to absorb the strength of their prey, learning skills from them.

Usual Specialties: Demon, Monster, Thief
Terrain: Esper, Material, Demon, Spirit

                                                                          43

Level 2: Gremlin Proper
Level 3: Mutant

A physical and violent Fairy. Mogwai are about a foot tall while Gremlin
Propers are about 2 feet tall. Mutants can be even bigger. In their
Mogwai state they are very cute and cuddly and friendly though they
may be a bit mischievous. However, once they advance into their
proper state which happens thru a cocoon metamorphosis, they
become very violent. Gremlins tear into people and cause destruction
wherever they can. Some Gremlins mutate further becoming even
more monstrous.

Beholder(30)

Skill Effect: Hit +24, Aim +25, Ki +25, Power Up +25

Usual Specialties: Materia, Accessory, Monster
Terrain: Any

Level 2: Beholder Mage
Level 3: Elder Orb
Level 4: Hive Mother

                                                                     44
Level 5: Eye Tyrant

A curious Fairy which remains curious until it has its fill, then it
becomes Murderous. Beholders are spherical and have a diameter of
about 2 feet on average. The beholder has a large central eye and
surrounding it numerous stalks come out with eyes on the end of each.
The older a Beholder the more eye stalks it has. Once an eyestalk
completes it will begin to grow another one. Each takes about 2 years
to finish growing. It can regrow lost ones but this slows the total
eyestalk growth down then. Each eye has a separate skill power,
sometimes magical, sometimes energy based. Thus the older the
stronger.

Very old Beholders are the only ones which are capable of reproducing.
Proving their genetics are strong for they have survived so long, their
eyeballs except their central eye begin to change and eventually fall
off having become the central eyes of new beholders. The lost eyestalk
then grows a new eye. It takes about a year to grow the new eye and
each eye takes a year to turn into a new Beholder.

                                                                    45

Dragon(45)

Skill Effect: Ki +35, Armor +35, Deflection +25, Vitality +39, Aim +15

Usual Specialties: Dragon
Terrain: Any

Level 1: Hatchling
Level 2: Whelp
Level 3: Wyrm
Level 4: Wyvern
Level 5: Drake
Level 6: Draken

Intelligent, Cunning, Unstoppable. The older a dragon the stronger it
becomes and they can’t die of old age. Dragons are physically
imposing with great strength and hard scales resistant to all attacks.
Most famously though, dragons can produce elemental energy attacks
from their mouths of devastating power.

Dragons reproduce sexually and the female lays eggs. Usually the
male and female have formed a pair bond and the parents will at least
remain until the Hatchlings have become Whelps. Sometimes females
are males are left alone to raise the young. Many dragons take an
interest in other species and may use magic to shapechange into
smaller forms for interacting with them.

                                                                    46
Serpentine(50)

Skill Effect: Ki +35, Armor +25, Deflection +25, Vitality +35, Power Up
+35, Aim +10

Usual Specialties: Dragon, Esper
Terrain: Material, Ethereal, Astral, Kakai

Level 1: Copper Serpent
Level 2: Silver Serpent
Level 3: Gold Serpent

A Dragonoid with a long slender body like a giant snake or serpent
though it has 2 small sets of arms. The serpentine dragon uses high
power energy effects to augment its capabilities. It is different from a
regular dragon in that it cannot transform into a more humanoid form
or fire a blast from its mouth. Nevertheless, on average, it is stronger
than a Dragon. They are extremely reclusive and only gather for
mating which they do on the Barrier planes. It takes much less interest
in other creatures affairs unlike Dragons.

                                                                     47
Tiamat(60)

Skill Effect: Ki +30, Armor +30, Deflection +30, Vitality +60, Power Up

Terrain: Demon, Spirit

Level 1: Unos Illustrious
Level 2: Duos Majestic
Level 3: Trios Stupendios
Level 4: Tetros Wondrous
Level 5: Pentos Marvelous
Level 6: Hexos Monumental
Level 7: Septos Ultimate

A very Large rare Dragonoid which has up to 7 heads. Each head must
be destroyed to defeat the creature. If a head is cut off it will regrow in
about half a year. They are the strongest of Dragonoids and the more
heads it has the stronger it is. Each head is capable of producing a
very powerful energy effect. It is fought as if it were 7 monsters not
just one with each head having its own power level, HP, and
independent actions.

                                                                        48
Espers
Aeon(33)

Skill Effect: Strength +10, Speed +10, Vitality +15, Evade +20, Dodge
+20, Armor +10, Deflection +10, Hit +24

Usual Specialties: Esper
Terrain: Esper

Level 2: Mage
Level 3: Magi
Level 4: Master

Aeons are the most plentiful kind of Esper. They are incredibly infused
with magic and use such attacks frequently. They have powerful magic
using enhancements and techniques. They can fight physically though
but can not use much in the way of ki attacks nor are they strongly
resistant to such effects.

They come in many different forms, shapes, and sizes with each
individual being unique; no two are even remotely alike. Aeons that
focus on a single element are known as elementals. They are
incredibly powerful with the element they focus on but against
something highly resistant to that element they are very weak.

                                                                    49
All Aeons have 2 forms, a Humanoid form and an Esper form. The
humanoid form is a bipedal version of their Esper form with more
humanoid characteristics that allow the Aeon to blend in at least for a
while. The Esper form is their true form and it allows them access to
the majority of their power. Aeons can reproduce with any living thing
because they reproduce by directly forming a soul out of part of their
essence and their partners.

Aeons are frequently summoned to aid others which they do if the
others have proven themselves to them or they agree with their
causes.

Genie(18)

Skill Effect: Str +10, Vitality +15, Evade +10, Dodge +10, Hit +15

Usual Specialties: Esper, Boots, Gloves, Mail
Terrain: Esper, Ethereal

Level 1: Jann
Level 2: Jinn
Level 3: Marid
Level 4: Ifrit

A species almost as old as Aeons because they are the product of early
Aeons mating with non-Aeons. Genies are all humanoid but vary in
their features. Genies are magical and usually based on a single
element like an Elemental Aeon. Aeons live in peace with most Genies
and admire them for their differences; considering how different Aeons
are this isn’t unreasonable.

                                                                     50
Chocobo(7)

Skill Effect: Speed +18, Evade +6

Usual Specialties: Esper, Monster, Paladin
Terrain: Material, Esper

Level 1: Yellow (Regular) Chocobo
Level 2: Blue (River) Chocobo
Level 2: Green (Mountain) Chocobo
Level 3: Black (River/Mountain) Chocobo
Level 4: Gold (Sea Chocobo) Chocobo
Level 4: White (Magical) Chocobo
Level 5: Purple (Flying) Chocobo

A large Bird species which runs at high speed. Chocobos are usually
friendly towards others. The most common Chocobos are yellow
Chocobos which have almost no flight abilities and cannot swim
against currents well though they can stay afloat in water. Blue
Chocobos can swim well. Green Chocobos can fly for short bursts and
thus scale mountains. Both of these are level 2s for the Chocobo, that
is, you would pick one or the other if you were choosing to take the
Chocobo skill twice.

Black Chocobos are like a merging of both the level 2 Chocobos. Gold
Chocobos are able to survive drinking salt water and can swim
underwater temporarily as well as move thru water quickly. White
Chocobos are strongly magical and are skilled at recovering their HP
and EP. Both Gold and White Chocobos are level 4, so you must pick
one if you take the skill 4 times.

Finally Purple Chocobos are capable of flying unlimitedly however they
prefer to land in forests. They are very fast.

Chocobos use their own fighting techniques which are rather powerful
given their levels. Chocobos will flee danger unless they are protecting
someone they care about. Though they cannot talk, Chocobos can
understand commands very well even better than Dogs or Dolphins.

                                                                     51
They communicate on a basic level with each other by making noises
like “Wark” and “Kweh”.

Moogle(7)

Skill Effect: Resistance +10, Speed +5, Evade +8

Usual Specialties: Esper, Monster, Warrior, Neko, Duelist, Thief
Terrain: Material, Esper, Spirit

Level 2: Mog
Level 3: Mog Knight
Level 4: Mog Champion

Moogles are short intelligent humanoid/Animaloid creatures which are
covered in white fur. They communicate by making a noise which
sounds like “Kupo”. When they make the noise, they subtly alter the
way it sounds and supply magically emotion or feelings in a psychic
sort of way. Combined this allows other Moogles and rarely non-
Moogles to understand them. Some Moogles have bothered to learn
how to talk though and when around non-Moogles will do so.

The thing on its head is called a pom pom. It stores magical energy. Its
possible for it to be cut off which causes a huge explosion of magic
energy. When the Moogle is at full strength again, it will instantly
regenerate the pom pom. The pom pom is either red or yellow, which
color doesn’t really matter, kind of like a person’s eye color.

On the Moogles back are red or purple wings. The color again doesn’t
matter. The wings are sometimes very small and may be folded
backward so they can’t be seen. Other times the wings are quite large.
Some Moogles can use bukujitsu in conjunction with their wings to fly
with very little effort or with effort fly very well.

                                                                     52
There are various breeds of Moogles. You can see 4 common breeds in
the above images. The wing and pom pom colors are not affected by
the breed. Generally members of the same breed live together in
Moogle Villages. Moogles can tolerate cold temperatures because of
their thick fur, so frequently the villages are in semi-arctic cave
systems.

Moogles can learn easily if they apply themselves and some develop
fierce fighting techniques. Many Moogles know the Moogle Dance
which is a series of magical poses and motions that cause numerous
status conditions in anyone who witnesses them.

For stronger Moogles, they use a title called Mog and may apply other
titles for even stronger ones such as Mog Knight or Mog Champion, of
which the subspecies for Moogle are based on. Those with the title of
Mog are expected to defend Moogle villages and help other Moogles in
need.

                                                                  53
Cactuar(20)

Skill Effect: Speed +36, Evade +15, Dodge +15

Usual Specialties: Esper, Ninja, Duelist
Terrain: Material, Esper

Level 1: Cactrot/Qactuar
Level 2: Cactuar Proper
Level 3: Sabotender Elite
Level 4: Jumbo Cactuar

Cactuars are cactus looking creatures with stiff arms and legs and high
moving speed. Their proper name is Sabotender which is a fusion of
"Saboten Pretender", saboten meaning cactus. They are weak to water
attacks but strong against most anything else. They have a technique
called 1000 needles which deals 1000 damage to the target. Jumbo
Cactuars are able to do 10000. They are usually encountered in
groups up to 3 but do maintain villages. When a Cactuar is to
reproduce it roots itself in the ground and produces seeds which grow
into Cactuars. Afterward the rooted Cactuar will return to being a
regular Cactuar.

Cactrots are variations which exist in wasteland areas and Qactuars
are variations that exist in wetter climates though they still don’t like
being submerged in water. The most skilled Cactuars become Elites.
Some of these Elites are mean and disobey Cactuar society rules.
These Cactuar are capable of using their needle attack on other
creatures in a way that enlarges them making them stronger. A
Cactuar can have this done on themselves, though they don’t like this,
and become a Jumbo Cactuar.

                                                                      54
Tonberry(44)

Skill Effect: Hit +20, Vitality +100, Resistance +25

Usual Specialties: Esper, Weapon
Terrain: Any

Level 1: Pug
Level 2: Tonberry Proper
Level 3: Master Tonberry (Masterberry)
Level 4: Tonberry King
Level 5: Tonberry Chef/Don Tonberry

A Tonberry is no larger than 60 to 90 centimeters (2-3 feet). This
bipedal creature has green skin and a round head with a small snout
and round yellow eyes. They always wear a hooded cloak, usually plain
brown or grey in color and you can see its dolphin-like tail sticking out
from beneath. Tonberries always carry a lantern and a butcher’s knife.
Master Tonberries have stars floating above their heads. Tonberry
Kings wear a crown and are 2 to 3 times as large. The rare Tonberry
Chef wear’s a chefs hat and the equally rare Don Tonberry has leaf
markings painted on its head.

Tonberries possess a great rage against all in their hearts. They
forcefully defend their territory and are quite intelligent. They are very
powerful and have massive amounts of HP. They slowly walk towards
their target. They may use a move called “Everyone’s Grudge” which
does damage dependent on the number of enemies the target has
killed, which can essentially be dependent on the level of the target for
the same sort of effect. When they get close enough they use their
knife which does insane damage.

                                                                       55
Demons
The following is true for all Demons because they are very very closely
related despite many large physical differences (think German
Sheppard vs Weiner Dog) so I’m saying it here instead of in each
species.

Demons are products of the Demon plane. The souls of those who die
here are absorbed into the plane (their bodies are reincarnated as
corporeal undead). When Demons reproduce, they give birth to lifeless
fetuses Demon i.e. all stillborn. The demon’s call these dead fetuses
“eggs”. The eggs are placed in spawning pits which are locations
where the souls absorbed by the plane concentrate. The souls then
transfer into the “eggs” bringing them to life and creating living
Demons. Killing this demon will free the original soul.

All demons can possess living organisms, an act known as Demonic
Possession (or among Angels, “The Gift of Clarity through the Great
Insights of Another”). This possession allows the demon to control the
victim almost completely. Sentient, strong willed individuals can resist
but the stronger the Demon the harder it is to resist. Weaker demons
need to be nearby the victim. The stronger demons can possess a
person from other planes.

Demons can screw up possession though and possess a person that
has recently died. This usually happens when the person dies before
the possession is completed. This results in the Demon being trapped
in the person’s body creating a Hell Wight. Usually a demon sets up an
escape mechanism magically that will disconnect it when the person it
is possessing dies but if they don’t have time to set that up or don’t
bother, then they will also end a Hell Wight. As explained in the
undead document, the Demon’s soul is split in 2, part stays with the
Demon’s body and part with the corpse. The Demon may seek to
reunite its soul or stay and explore the material plane without having
to maintain control of a possessed form. The Hell Wight must consume
energy from living beings (XP mostly) to continue to exist, otherwise it
will break up and the Demon may in fact lose part of their soul
weakening them.

                                                                     56
Angel(38)

Skill Effect: Vitality +30, Strength +15, Ki +30, Power Up +20, Hit +10,
Aim +20

Usual Specialties: Demon, Paladin
Terrain: Demon

Level 1: Cherub
Level 2: Angel Proper
Level 3: Seraphim
Level 4: Archangel
Level 5: Celestial

Angels are righteous Demons that resemble humanoids with large
feathery wings. The wings aid in their movement allowing better
energy use. Angels are unmoving in their beliefs and stances and very
little can alter their mindsets. They are adamantly correct and without
question. Their logic is nonexistent, relying wholly on their instincts
and feelings on the matter. They are reactionary and Totalitarian in
their rule. Laws are everything to them and their creation an arbitrary
process of what feels right. They are the most cultured of all beings.
They believe themselves to be the ultimate good in the universe, thus
when they do evil, they don’t do it for evil’s sake rather because they
really believe they are doing good. However, they are still demons and
use fully demonic powers even if they cover them up with pretty light
shows. Very few angels escape the relentless oppression of their
society and act different than the majority.

Some of their beliefs follow. They have extreme disgust at nakedness
and any kind of reproduction outside permanent magical bonding
which links 2 individuals of opposite sex forever together or their heads
explode. They use euphemisms and metaphors to describe violence
and acts like sex. Acting differently or looking different is considered a

                                                                       57
crime. Thinking differently is also outlawed though harder to detect.
Most crimes by the way, are punishable by execution. Angels have a
strict belief in an alien or extradimensional being they call “god”. This
being is said to possess infinite abilities, including many contradictory
and nonsensical. It is considered the ultimate good, though in the
Angels supreme tomb, the “bible” it indicates that God murders people
relentlessly. This is good since god did it. The word Fork is outlawed in
Angel society because it sounds and looks like Fuck. If you say fork,
you will be put to death. They call a fork a multifaceted utensil.

Fiend(39)

Skill Effect: Vitality +25, Strength +24, Ki +20, Power Up +30, Hit +20,
Aim +10

Usual Specialties: Demon, Warrior
Terrain: Demon

Level 2: Mephit
Level 3: Tiefling
Level 4: Tanar’ri (Arch Fiend)
Level 5: Pit Fiend

Brutal and animalistic. Almost all Fiends fall in line with their culture
which is a chaotic mesh of wars and hate. They destroy and pillage,
take what they want and act vile for the sake of acting vile. Fiends do
not have wings (they can fly with bukujitsu) but are more durable than
Devils or Angels. Fiends love to torture and torment anyone they can.

                                                                      58
They rarely make any kind of long term plans preferring to just rush in
and attack.

Fiends wear the severed heads, fetuses, and sexual organs of their
victims as ornamentation and they decorate their lairs with them as
well. Anything sick and twisted is fine for a Fiend. They truly enjoy
making others fearful of them. They will often capture others and
release them in their lairs just to give them the hope of escaping only
to crush that hope. Ripping the fetus out of a pregnant woman and
then devouring it in front of her, that’s right up a Fiend’s ally!

Devil(38)

Skill Effect: Vitality +20, Strength +15, Ki +30, Power Up +20, Hit +10,
Aim +20, Resistance +10

Usual Specialties: Demon, Dark Knight
Terrain: Demon

Level 2: Mefisto
Level 3: Barbariccia

                                                                     59
Level 4: Balore (Arch Devil)
Level 5: Beelzebub

Basically an Angel that is a lot smarter and freer to make decisions. It
knows its being a dick. Devils are out for themselves and not to just
spread chaos. They have long term plans and struggle for power and
dominance over others to ensure their survival at any cost. They are
also all much in line with their culture though they tend to be selfish no
matter what (somewhat like humans). They tend to be more like
humanoid species and less animalistic than Fiends. Some devils have
wings, others do not. They are more intelligent than Fiends or Angels
usually.

Many Devils like to pass judgment over others, much like angels.
However, the Devil knows what he is doing is wrong and enjoys it that
much more. Devils enjoy the complex laws and rules and love figuring
out how to exploit such things.

Symbiote(3)

Skill Effect: All Stats but Armor, Deflection +1

Usual Specialties: Demon
Terrain: Demon

Level 1: Juvenile Symbiote
Level 2: Mature Symbiote
Level 3: Venerable Symbiote

A Symbiote is a fusion of Fiend, Angel, and Devil. It can physical enter
a creature and possess them directly. Such a possession is very hard
to break since usually fundamental parts of the possessed individual’s
brain is altered, so even ending the possession will leave them in a
distorted state of mind. Symbiotes are created as a method of
expressing Demonic presence on planes they cannot reach to. Because
the Kakai barrier plane keeps strong Demons from getting to the
Material plane instead they use these Symbiote creatures (and regular

                                                                       60
demonic possessions). The Symbiote is very weak and can easily pass
but it can find a strong individual who might be resistant to being
possessed normally and take them over thus providing a strong
presence on other planes, usually the Material plane.

The method by which it possesses is as follows. First it finds an easy
target. If the target is very very weak it can defeat it itself, but
otherwise waits for the target to be in a vulnerable position such as
sleeping. It then secrets a anesthetic and paralyzing agent onto the
victim to prevent them from escaping. Next it locates its entry point or
creates one and starts to force its way inside. Once inside it makes
connections directly to the spinal cord and brain of the victim and
begins to alter the body as it sees fit.

The younger a Symbiote the weaker it is but the easier it is to sneak
around and fit inside a host. Juvenile Symbiotes are small enough to
crawl in the ear or mouth of a victim. Mature Symbiotes must create
their own entry. Venerable Symbiotes are limited to choosing larger or
stronger creatures that can withstand entry because of their large size,
about a foot long and up to 20 lbs.

                                                                     61

Illithid(35)

Skill Effect: Strength +7, Resistance +35, Hit +20, Aim +12, Power Up
+12, Deflection +30

Usual Specialties: Buu, Android, Accessory
Terrain: Material, Nullspace

Level 1: Mind Flayer
Level 2: Piscodemon
Level 3: Squidraken
Level 4: Malachi
Level 5: Elder Brain
Level 6: Monolithilid

Illithids resemble Humanoids but are categorized in their own group for
they are quite unique. They have 4 octopus-like tentacles arranged
around a beaked/lamprey-like mouth. They require the brains of living
sentient creatures to live. Specifically the tissues capable of supporting
XP-bonds are needed. Illithids are not born with a soul, that is, any
Solarons or the ability to acquire them. Thus Illithids must acquire the
means to forge souls thru other living creatures that have them. They
snag such creatures in their tentacles and suck the brain straight out in
one motion. The brain must be intact to process and integrate into
itself.

They are hermaphroditic and spawn a mass of larva every 7 years. The
larva look like miniature Illithid heads or four-tentacled tadpoles. They

                                                                       62
are put in the pool of the Elder Brain which is the controlling entity in
Illithid society. Those larva that are able to develop and stay alive are
inserted into the brains of sentient creatures. The larva then grows and
consumes the host’s brain absorbing the host’s physical form and
becoming sentient itself. This is called Ceremorphosis, the process by
which a soulless Illithid can acquire the means of making a soul.

It may take on elements of the hosts physical appearance or
capabilities; most prominently different species create different looking
Illithids with different attributes. Further some parts of the absorbed
host’s mind such as mannerisms may remain and occasionally a few
memories stay stuck such as strong events even and feelings like
phobias. This is resultant simply from the Illithid’s brain growing from
the pattern of the hosts as it devours and replaces it. The host is
unconscious for the process. What actually goes on in the mind of the
host is a feared as the greatest of horrors that can be imagined as the
hosts own beliefs are psychically emerged and become threats to its
new existence. It simultaneously attempts to destroy and protect what
it is.

Sometimes Ceremorphosis fails to completely work. An individual with
a brain that is not full taken over is usually insane and other Illithids
would put it out of its misery. The brain may be fully Illithid but the
body may appear mostly as it previously did making such beings
excellent spies. They have the same physical capabilities they had
before but the Illithid mind and thus psychic abilities.

If the Illithid larva fails to be supplied a host, it may consume the other
larva in a fierce contest for survival. It will seek out food on its own
wiggling about. As it eats more it grows larger and larger with no real
limit on its size. These creatures are called Neothelids. They basically
are half worm half Illithid and can take worm and Illithid skills. It seeks
out Souls without any regard for anything consuming them to try and
fill the void in its existence.

The Mind Flayer is a younger Illithid that has just been born. They are
sentient and have the intelligence of the host but need to be educated
properly in their abilities by other Illithids and learn. They eventually
become Piscodemons which are fully mature Illithids. If an Illithid
consumes enough brains it will grow larger, particularly its head will
expand and become a Squidraken. Squidraken are the Illithids which
spawn. Further growth will result in physical changes to the Illithid and
it becomes a Malachi. Its head is very swollen and its abilities are very
strong.

                                                                        63
Malachi often leave the Illithid city where they live to start their own
because they are about to undergo the change into an Elder Brain.
They take other Illithids with them, usually Mind Flayers to start a new
city. The Malachi’s brain grows too large for their body and rips it apart.
The brain can then survive without the body being immersed in a pool
and supplied brains. This Elder Brain then commands the other Illithids
completely. Illithids are ruled by the Elder Brain. It seeks out
nourishment and continues to grow bigger and bigger. Eventually it
demands the construction of a powerful body and becomes a
Monolithid. It looks like a massive gargantuan Illithid that is near
unstoppable.

As a society Illithids have no regard for other species and enslave them
or use them as livestock. They are hosts, workers, and food for Illithids.
Illithids communicate with each other usually thru psychic means
though they may write using a marking system which is felt by the
tentacles somewhat like Braille. Illithids build large cities often
underground where they can plan and prepare to take over the worlds
they are on. It is a strong belief in Illithid society that Illithids are
destined to rule all the cosmos. Illithids are native to Null Space but
they weren’t originally from Null Space. Their original origins are
unknown but all is known is that spending time on Null Space altered
them in a frightening way changing their nature and giving them
foreign abilities.

                                                                       64
Humanoid
While Humanoids each have their own societies and beliefs listed here,
Humanoids are very variable in their belief systems and behaviors.
Most Humanoids life freely together on worlds. Societies with
exclusively one species of Humanoid are rare. I have listed the most
significant cultures they possess though when found in those cases.
Humanoids are all easily able to interbreed with each other though not
always producing viable or fertile offspring.

Human(5)

Skill Effect: Strength +3, Ki +4, Power Up +10

Usual Specialties: Generic, Weapon, Boots, Helmet, Gloves, Mail, Item,
                   Accessory, Shield, Wrestler
Terrain: Material, Spirit

Level 2: MetaHuman
Level 3: UltraHuman
Level 4: SuperHuman

All humans are in fact just an evolution of the various other species in
which they lose their ability to transform to their stronger forms. Thru
crossbreeding of these forms over and over, the original strength is
lost but new strength from the multiple heritages are created. For
example, some humans are derived from saiyans, others from dragons,

                                                                    65
others from Neko, while some are can be traced back less easily to a
variety of different species. Thus, humans do not have transformations,
having been too far removed from the other species over time and
appear in a form similar to the Humanoid form of other species, hence
their name as Humans. Humans are very varied in how they act and its
difficult to pin down. They tend to be obsessive though and are more
prone to being insane than other species. They do learn faster it seems,
so many explore areas of science and research.

Saiyan(25)

Skill Effect: All Stats +7

Usual Specialties: Saiyan, Warrior
Terrain: Material

Level 1: Low Class
Level 2: High Class
Level 3: Elite
Level 4: Royal
Level 5: Legendary

Saiyans are a warrior species that specializes in both physical and
energy based skills. They rarely use magic. They naturally have black
hair which grows when they are very young and remains that way for
their entire life. Saiyans are able to absorb Brute rays and gain
strength. With a tail they are able to transform into Oozaru which
appears as a Giant Ape. Stronger Saiyans are able to transform into
Super Saiyans of which there are many degrees. Most prominently
Super Saiyans have yellow hair that stands up more than their hair
normally does and green eyes. The Super Saiyan transformations
bestow incredible power on Saiyans doubling or even tripling many of
their stats.

                                                                    66
Saiyan society is concerned with class which is a ranking of the power
a Saiyan possesses. The stronger a Saiyan the more important they
are in their society. Of course, some saiyans leave this society behind
to further their own objectives.

Neko(10)

Skill Effect: Evade +20, Speed +10, Dodge +3

Usual Specialties: Neko, Generic
Terrain: Material

Neko are feline-like humanoids with long tails, claws, and small fangs.
They are very agile and fast. Neko specialize in specialized localized
transformations instead of full transformations. This means the Neko
can select the transformations most effective for battle and apply more
and more as needed thru the fight. They also have enhanced physical
senses and their own almost innate form of fighting which utilizes their
unique attributes and abilities.

Buu(27)

Skill Effect: Vitality +30, Armor +30, Deflection +30

                                                                     67
Usual Specialties: Buu, Demon, Any
Terrain: Material, Demon

Buu are a magical creation combining slimes and humanoids. They
reproduce like slimes but their default form is a more upright
humanoid looking state. They maintain this form thru a system of high
pressure inside them. The holes on their body control this pressure
releasing it if it gets too high sounding much like a tea kettle. Their
bodies are extremely resistant to injury. Their bodies are malleable and
they can copy skills they see easily. They can also absorb living beings
into themselves to become stronger. The creature absorbed is placed
into a pod inside them. They then gain access to all the power and
knowledge of the absorbed individual. This changes their personality
drastically though so they use it only as a last resort.

Personality wise, Buus very a lot but tend toward extremes. They may
also undergo transformations relating to their emotions of feelings
internally due to the malleable nature of their body able to reflect how
they feel very directly.

Friezer(25)

Skill Effect: Resistance +23, Armor +20, Deflection +20, Ki +20

Usual Specialties: Friezer, Mail
Terrain: Material

Changelings appear as short creatures with a tail and biologically
created armor. Changelings specialize in full transformations,
undergoing adjustments in their body to optimize their power.

Changeling societies are focused on arrogance and political issues.
They value their families a lot but not before gaining power. Superiority
is important and they view other beings with scorn and have no
problem forcing them into servitude. Of course some changelings
oppose this.

                                                                      68
Extra-Dimensional Beings
This applies to all Extra-Dimensional Beings. These beings are wholly
native to Null Space. They function in very different manners to normal
creatures are extremely varied in their appearances and nature. They
can generally be classified into 5 species as covered below. They are
all emergent phenomenon, that is, because of the chaotic nature of
Null Space, beings simply come into existence from various reactions
and arrangements of material and energy. They then tend to persist.
Sometimes they are simple and sometimes they can be quite complex.
They may also vary in how strongly they are held together or rather
how strongly persistent they are to exist. Extra-Dimensional beings
rarely leave Null space. When they do, their abilities and existence are
profoundly confusing for other beings and their effects on regular non-
null space can be dangerous. They often result in insanity for those
they come in contact with.

Extra-Dimensional Beings are very intelligent and each is rather unique
in its personality. Most are interested in some field of study often
specializing in a very specific concept. Those that specialize in more
general fields including non-extra-dimensional areas tend to be the
easiest for non-extra-dimensional beings to relate to.

Aberration(10)

Skill Effect: Power Up +33

Usual Specialties: Buu, Duelist
Terrain: Null Space

An Aberration is a simple, weakly cohesive emergent phenomenon.
They gather their energy extremly fast.

                                                                     69
Abnormality(10)

Skill Effect: Evade +33

Usual Specialties: Neko, Duelist
Terrain: Null Space

An Abnormality is a simple, strongly cohesive emergent phenomenon.
Abnormalities are very hard to catch.

Paradox(30)

Skill Effect: Vitality +100

Usual Specialties: Android, Duelist
Terrain: Null Space:

A Paradox is a simple and yet also complex, weakly and yet also
strongly cohesive emergent phenomenon. What that means is that it
seems to be a complex weak cohesion of simple strongly cohesive
components. While they are easily damaged, they are hard to totally
destroy.

                                                                70
Irregularity (20)

Skill Effect: Speed +66

Usual Specialties: Materia, Duelist
Terrain: Null Space

An irregularity is a complex, weakly cohesive emergent phenomenon.
Irregularities are very quick to overwhelm their targets.

                                                                 71
Deviation(63)

Skill Effect: Armor +70, Deflection +70, Resistance +70

Usual Specialties: Any
Terrain: Null Space

Level 2: Kilovation
Level 3: Megavation
Level 4: Gigavation
Level 5: Terravation
Level 6: Petavation
Level 7: Exavation

A Deviation is a complex, strongly cohesive emergent phenomenon.
They can become extremely powerful. They may make complex and
strange plans of which almost nobody can make sense. Deviations are
the Extra-Dimensional beings most likely to purposefully make
incursions into the living world which may end up as full blown
insurrections against societies. Deviations are very difficult to damage
by traditional attacks.

                                                                     72
