Meredith Middle School’s Kickin’ It To Cancer 5k and Vendor Fair
Meredith Middle School would like to invite you to take part in our upcoming Kickin’ It To
Cancer 5K run/walk and Vendor Fair. The goals of the event are to raise money for the
American Cancer Society as well as to involve the community in our school events. The
individuals participating in our 5K will be our teachers, students, and their family
members, as well as members of the community. Advertising in the Middletown
Transcript, on two different occasions, as well as through email, phone calls, websites,
and school newsletters, will ensure the local community has been well informed of the

Vendor Fair hours: 5K registration begins at 5:30pm, race starts at 6:15pm

Indoors/outdoors: 5K is outdoors, Vendor Fair is indoors
Participation fee: $20

A CHECK MUST BE ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION, MADE OUT TO MEREDITH
VENDORS ARE TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS, ELECTRICAL CORDS,
TABLE CLOTHS, ETC.
Please state any special needs here. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However,
guarantees cannot be made. Things like electrical outlets will be on a first come, first served
Vendors can begin setting up at 3:30pm, on Monday, May 23rd, in the school cafeteria. Please
park in the rear of the school.
No refunds will be given to vendors after May 15th. No exceptions, including bad weather,
cancellation, power outages, acts of God, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
