                                Ham and Bean Dinner

Joe Norton from NH Wildlife Federation was our speaker and what a very interesting and
informative time we had. Thanks for all of you who came to this event.

                                         Fall Hike

Don Watson did a fall hike up Belknap Mountain on October 14th. He had a small
group attend and the scenery was beautiful. If you didn’t get a chance to go
hiking this year, maybe you can look forward to making sure you go in the Spring.

Congratulations to Gary Sleeper who was voted in as our newest director on 11/2/07.

                                 Membership renewal
Believe it or not, this is right around the corner. A lot of you have already renewed and for
that we thank you. I will be sending out reminders next month to all those who have not

renewed. Reminder to all range members, if you are not renewed by Jan 31, 2008 you are
not guaranteed a range card, hey why not bring your app to the club before our turkey raffle
and get your application approved and signed. For all non range members who would like to
become range members please let me know so you can be added to the waiting list. Speaking
to another director and telling them you want a range card does not ensure you get on my
waiting list.

                                Game Dinner/Auction

While others are busy getting ready for the holidays the BCSA Board of Directors is getting
ready for the game dinner. We would appreciate any and all help we can get with this event.
It is our biggest fundraiser and proceeds from this event pay for all our expenses
throughout the year. We have heard a few members say that they want to help the club but
they just don’t have the time. If any member would like to donate a service to the auction
or to the club please let us know. We are in the process of building an office and so there
are items that we need for the office that if donated would not have to be bought. Also
some members were thinking of donating gift cards to Lowe’s or Home Depot for the auction.
We would like the option to use these types of donations to purchase items for the game
dinner auction for items needed by the club like folding tables or items needed for the club
house. So if anyone has anything they would like to donate, please let us know.
