ATTENTION CLASS OF 2008: Another Senior opportunity is yours for the taking. This year’s Senior quote question for the yearbook is
“What is your most memorable moment at Beverly?” Be as specific as possible but please limit your response to 30 words. Be creative and
precise. You have until Friday, November 9th to turn in a typed quote to Room 251 without a $2 late fee.
NHS: All Senior members of NHS, please come to a meeting on Wednesday, November 7th during lunchtime in Mr. Lee’s room to
discuss the upcoming service project.
AFRICAN AMERICAN SENIORS: There is a new common application for all historically Black Colleges. If interested, you can visit the

JUNIORS & SENIORS
BECOME A BEVERLY BUDDY: Mentor new-to-district students by answering questions and offering encouragement through out the
year. We have extended the application process. Completed applications are now due by November 2nd & can still be picked up in any of
the Houses. The first meeting will be November 8th in Room 300.
GET READY FOR WALK TO SCHOOL WEDNESDAY!: On Wednesday, November 7th at 8:30 a.m. BHHS is meeting at Whole Foods
on Crescent to walk to school in order to promote good health, physical activity & traffic reduction. Community service and/or orange
tickets will be given. See you all there!
SAT LANGUAGE TEST WITH LISTENING: Students cannot take the Language Tests with Listening on a standby basis, they may not
switch to a different Language Test with Listening on test day, and they may not change their test center if taking a Language Test with
Listening. Check your admission tickets carefully. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Madaris in S211.

FALL PLAY: Tickets for the Fall Play,"Inherit the Wind," go on sale Monday, November 5th in the student store. The show runs November 14th-
17th at 7:00 p.m. and tickets are $8 for students and $12 for adults. We sell out every year, so don't wait around to get tickets!
