UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Appeal by Charles Celi for the City Commission to reverse the approval of PZB/HRPB Project No. 08-01400001: a five part request by Frank Palen, Esq. on behalf of the Gulfstream Hotel Property, CSC, Lake Worth, LP 1. Amend a major Site Plan and Community Appearance approval and Site Plan amendment for the west parcel; 2. Request for Special Land Use to allow hotel accessory land uses (parking, recreation, guest services facilities, and landscaping) on the west parcel; 3. Request a Certificate of Appropriateness for new construction to allow parking, recreation and guest services facilities, landscaping and parking, and incidental and related facilities; 4. Request for Modification of Condition of Approval to Certificate of Appropriateness No. 070100016 amending conditions precedent to demolition of a contributing structure located at 14 South Lakeside Drive; and 5. Request eight 12-month time extensions of Development Orders and Certificates of Appropriateness approved May 30, 2007: 1. PZB Case 07010020 Special Land use for Hotel, PZB Case 07010021 Site Plan and Community Appearance, PZB Case 07050013 variance (loading requirements), PZB Case 07050014 variance (core area parking space dimensions), and PZB 07010018 variance (5 ft. setback in a MF-40 district); and 2.
