basketball S U M M E R D AY C A M P S GENERAL INFORMATION June 29 - July 2, 2009 The camp is open to boys entering grades 3-9 in Fall 2009. Campers will be grouped based on age and ability. Along with 30 hours of supervised instruction for less than $11 per hour, tuition includes hour daily lunch, T-shirt, camp ball and other prizes. Camp will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. Space is limited. This camp sold out last year so register early! Registrations are processed in the order they arrive. 20098 MEN’S CAMP CHECK-IN Check-in will take place at 8:30 a.m. on the first day, Monday, June 29. The camp will be headquartered in St. John Arena. St. John Arena will serve as the drop-off and pick-up point for campers. WHAT TO BRING Campers should arrive ready to play: basketball shoes, shorts, Tshirt, etc. Ohio State will not be responsible for any additional items which campers bring to campus. Campers are strongly urged NOT to bring their own basketballs. CLOSING DAY AWARD CEREMONY Family and friends are invited to the closing award ceremony at the end of camp on Thursday, July 2 at The Value City Arena in the Schottenstein Center. 2009 MEN’S BASKETBALL GAME Campers attending this summer’s camp will be eligible to purchase two tickets for a men’s basketball game for the of 2009-10 season (date and opponent are pending the finalization of next season’s home schedule). You may register online by visiting www.ohiostatebuckeyes.com/camps. To register by mail, please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Upon processing of each registration, a confirmation notice will be sent with further instructions and details. REFUNDS A full refund less a $75 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received at least 48 hours prior to the start of the camp session. Any cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the camp session will generally not be eligible for any refund. Once camp has begun, pro-rated refunds will only be given in medical circumstances (less the $75 administrative fee). No refunds will be given to campers dismissed for disciplinary reasons. All cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at www. ohiostatebuckeyes.com/camps. The camp fee cannot be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp or camper. Refund requests received after June 1, 2009 will be processed after the camp has ended. All documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted by August 15, 2009.
