        Infinity Salon and Spa is honored to be a part of your wedding day. We require a few items to
insure that the day of your wedding is seamless and enjoyable. Infinity Salon and Spa requires that
any and all cancellations OR changes be made more than 4 weeks (28 days) before the scheduled
wedding date. If a change (with fewer party members) or cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the
scheduled date, the credit card on file will be charged for the cancelled appointment(s) without
further notification to the bride or wedding party.
      Please be aware that this is a contract that requires a credit card to reserve all of your
Appointments. The complete cost of all bridal party services will be quoted on the day of your trial,
in writing. Prices are subject to change your attendants change their styling needs (add a service). A
non-refundable credit card deposit of $200 is required at the time of wedding date reservation and
contract. This deposit will be charged and credited toward the bride’s trial run and the remaining
toward her wedding day services. A 15% gratuity is required and will be added to the services on
the wedding day. I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this contract.

Bridal Consults- Bridal hair services require an initial consultation to discuss all
matters concerning your special day. We do require this trial run, as it ensures
perfection and accurate timing to ensure sure your schedule is met on your
Wedding day. A trial run is not a full and perfect style, but an opportunity for
your specialist to get an idea of how your hair will style as well help them
understand your desire for what “look” you want to achieve. Our professional
make-up artists use techniques designed to bring out your beauty and provide
you with a flawless appearance for your special day as well as in photographs
designed to last you a lifetime.
