					Short Cut Key             Function
                          Go to the nearest non-empty cell in the column above the current cell. It will go to
Ctrl + ↑                  the top of the column if all cells above the current cell are emtpy.
                          Go to the nearest non-empty cell in the column below the current cell. It will go to
Ctrl + ↓                  the bottom of the column if all cells below the current cell are emtpy.
                          Go to the nearest non-empty cell on the left of the current cell in the row. It will go
Ctrl + ←                  to the first cell of the row if all cells on the left are empty.
                          Go to the nearest non-empty cell on the right of the current cell in the row. It will go
Ctrl + →                  to the last cell of the row if all cells on the right are empty.
Ctrl + Home               Go to the first cell of the spreadsheet.
Ctrl + End                Go to the last cell of the spreadsheet.
Ctrl + PageUp             Switch to the spreadsheet before the current spreadsheet.
Ctrl + PageDown           Switch to the spreadsheet after the current spreadsheet.
                          Switch to next excel workbook (that is another excel file opening in your Microsoft
Ctrl + Tab                Excel application). This is different from Alt + Tab which will switch to next
                          application running in your Microsoft Windows.
Shift + Space             Select the entire row.
Ctrl + Space              Select the entire column.
                          Selected cell(s) will have value duplicated with the value in the cell just above the
Ctrl + D                  selected cell(s).
Ctrl + W                  Close the current opening workbook.
Ctrl + N                  Open a new workbook.
Ctrl + 1                  Open the "Format Cell" dialog.
Ctrl + 5                  Apply strikethrough effect on the font of the current cell.
Ctrl + 9                  Hide the current row.
Ctrl + 0                  Hide the current column.
Ctrl + G                  Open the "Goto" dialog.
                          There are two usages of this command:

                          If you are not editing a cell (i.e. you do not have a cursor winkling in the cell),
                          Alt+Enter can insert a empty cell above your current cell.
Alt + Enter
                          If you are editing a cell, Alt+Enter will insert a line break in the text. Just like what is
                          appearing in this cell, we apply Alt+Enter twice before the phrase "If you are editint
                          a cell, ".
F2                        Edit the value in the current cell.
F12                       Open the "Save As" dialog box.
