                                               On the CESAR contract CSSS is providing Java portal development, configuration management and Global C2
                                               architecture support for the nuclear systems at USSTRATCOM. The C2Gateway/Portal project is a focal point for
                                               providing critical, aggregate level data to various entities associated with USSTRATCOM. While drawing its input from
                                               disparate sources, the Portal’s final product is a current overview and status of forces available to perform critical wartime
                                               tasks. The primary user of this product is senior USSTRATCOM leadership. This work required a Top Secret/SIOP
                                               security clearance. CSSS has provided services administering the Oracle 9iAS Portal, developing new software and
                                               maintaining present applications that run on the Portal, and performing full life cycle analysis and design in accordance
                                               with policies and procedures. The software activities involve gathering requirements from users, estimating the
                                               development effort, designing and coding user interfaces, business rules, and data access, and finally conducting peer
                                               reviews and code analysis to examine code efficiency and accuracy. CSSS personnel are responsible for the control of
                                               source code, executables, and stored procedures associated with the following programs using Visual Source Safe:

                                               CSSS.NET provides expertise in maintaining and enhancing interfaces which are developed in C. This project provides
                                               support for ballistic missiles applications. The primary user is USSTRATCOM, tasked with planning and flight testing of

                                               CSSS.NET is responsible for the certification and accreditation of all Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA) related computer
                                               systems. To include; develop and maintain SSAA documents for each AFWA system, perform testing, develop and
                                               perform an ST&E plan for each SSAA, evaluate all findings and create a Risk Assessment, submit and update SSAA

                                               At USSTRATCOM CSSS is maintaining and managing three different types of classification of networks, with a 99 %+ up
                                               time. Network Administration supporting USSTRATCOM Global Command and Control System (GCCS) in both local and
                                               remote locations. Performs initial o/s and h/w setup, and network connectivity; installs GCCS upgrades via DII COE
                                               installer Servers, Dell PowerEdge 2650 and PowerEdge 1400SC; and PCs; Dell Precision 360, 350 410, and 550; Micron
                          FA4600-04-C-0010     933 and Gateway E3400 platforms.                                                                                                  On-Going
                                               Northrop Grumman supports NSWC Crane providing firmware and/or software support for the in-service SLQ-32 family of
                                               EW systems. Included in this effort is engineering analysis, software design, software development, integration, testing,
                                               training aid development, and documentation. As a member of the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program
                                               (SEWIP) IPT we supported the system safety hazard analysis by verifying subsystem compliance with safety
                                               requirements, identifying hazards and critical human errors, and recommending actions necessary to eliminate or control
