Training Administration Team Leader and Supervisor                                    July 2003 to September 2008

Provided a lead role to the administration support team in a very busy Training Department. My duties widely varied but
generally included:-

    Managing and supervising the Training Department Administration Team
    Interviewing and Mentoring
    Managing a People Management Information System Oracle Database
    Management of Contractors
    Dealing with day to day queries and maintaining a customer friendly attitude
    Induction co-ordinator
    Training Planning and Requirements
    Preparation of Key Performance Indicators and Statistic Reports to support the Training Department
    Improvement projects
    Answering telephones, meeting visitors, staff and contractors
    Undertaking occasional project management duties
    Undertaking a role within the Emergency Scheme
