          IMPORTANT ‐ Include this form in the packaging so we can issue payment 
       3. Obtain proof of postage from the Post Office and retain to act as your insurance in case the item is not 
          received by us 
       4. We’ll send you a voucher code worth £15.00 within seven working days of receiving the GHD’s

Terms & conditions: 

You should get your voucher code within 7 working days of us receiving your ghd’s, however this may vary depending on postal delivery times, please only contact us if you have not 
heard from us in 10 working days. We will not be held liable for loss or damage to the ghd irons before receipt at our warehouse. You send your GHD irons at your own risk. We do not 
receive deliveries on weekends and bank holidays. If your GHD irons are lost in the post we will advise you how you might claim against the Royal Mail may but we cannot guarantee 
this to be successful. This offer is open only for genuine ghd models including MK3, MK3.1b, MK4 (IV), SS, and MS. We will not accept non ghd irons. Only one item can be recycled per 
transaction. This service is currently only available for customers in the UK. Please do not send in fake/counterfeit ghd’s. We do not accept them and we would have to charge you to 
return. Full voucher amount must be spent in one transaction and no change will be given. Voucher Code is single use and cannot be used with any other Voucher Code offer. Voucher 
is valid until 23:59 on 31st August 2011. The Hut Group’s standard Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions apply. See website for details. Voucher Code can be used following
