            Nose
            Full of blackcurrant and plum flavours, with spicy pepper and
            chocolate complexity.

            Palate
            A rich, full-flavoured and concentrated wine, with fine tannins
            and good weight of fruit.




FOOD PAIRING

Great with red and game meats and roasted duck. Try this wine with pork chops,
quattro formaggi pizza, mushroom chicken breast or any type of curry.
It makes delicious drinking now, as young wine, but can be cellared for 3 years from
vintage if stored horizontally in a cool dark place. Once open, enjoy within two days.

            and vanilla. Delicious peach, pineapple and white pepper flavours.

            Palate
            Fresh, smooth and lingering aftertaste of citrus fruit and a good,
            clean finish.




FOOD PAIRING

This wine is delicious with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes, pasta with
creamy sauces and soft cheese. Perfect with salmon or tuna sushi.
It makes delicious drinking now, as young wine, but can be cellared for 2
years. Once open, enjoy within two days.

            Very fruity, with complex black cherry, cassis, spices and blueberry
            aromas on the nose. Soft berries and mocha coffee.

            Palate
            The palate is beautifully crafted with luscious fruit hung on silky tannins.
            Excellent persistence to finish.




FOOD PAIRING

Great with red meats, roasted duck or chicken, pork, pizza, and aged cheese.
Beautiful with entrecote and fried fish.
     Very good now if you try it now but a further maturation will reward.
     Best when served between 16-18°C

A wonderful appetizer. Ideal to accompany red meats, lasagna with Bolognese sauce and
beef stews. A good partner for Cheddar, Roquefort and Brie cheese. For dessert, try a Crème
Brule.
