Wanted : Exercise Physiologist
In July 2007 "Therapies" will open in Summer Hill. I am keen to talk with you if you are
interested in working there. The premises are purpose built and no expense has been spared
to outfit them with the best equipment.
There are 3 professionally furnished rooms and a purpose built small gym specifically for
rehabilitation and general population fitness. Each room has air conditioning, a waiting room,
a beautiful courtyard with waterfall, kitchen and bathroom facilities, a group room, all in the
heart of the shopping centre where there is no other similar facility. Fire proofing and
soundproofing is fitted. Receptionist facilities will be decided upon at a later date but will most
likely be available for use if required.
The aim will be to have professionals who would like to be sole practitioners, yet collaborate,
network and market together with similar philosophies toward health and wellness. "Working
with people in a meaningful way", is my own mission statement, but the practice will
collaboratively develop one which reflects its own style in due course. There will be fortnightly
practice meetings at the beginning until the process is streamlined and then monthly.
In the Centre we hope to have counsellors, an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, physio,
plialtes, expressive dance therapies, a dietitian, massage therapists, etc.
Please contact me if this sounds appealing to you.
