closely with Chameleon’s chef de cuisine to ensure the food and wine

“As a five-star hotel, our challenge is to cater for the tastes of a diverse guest

explains Liz. “We’re not trying to have the best or the biggest wine list in town,
but focus on being quality-driven with informed choices that complement the
diverse dishes offered. It’s also important that Chameleon’s waiting staff know
what they are talking about in recommendations, so I ensure they have the
opportunity to increase their knowledge in this area. We can now offer an added
level of informed service which I hope will in turn make dining at Chameleon
lounge and lobby bar already complete and the refurbishment of
all guest rooms underway. Still to come is the expanded day spa
which will be relaunched as an Angsana Spa in March 2007, and
redevelopment of the buffet restaurant, outdoor pool area and kids
play area which is due for completion by the end of July 2007.
