      Sarbanes-Oxley rules used concerning payroll and transmission to ADP.
      Reconciled SAP and Peoplesoft Database systems periodically for any
       mismatches or errors.
      Entered all personal information necessary for processing payroll and pursed
       missing information with recruiters and/or the new hire.
      Determined handling of hires (Domestic or Expatriate) according to the
       paperwork submitted by the HR Generalist.
      Also, pinch hit for Graduate and Intern Hires, administering the special rules
       surrounding how their taxes are applied. Additionally, administered changes due
       to F1-B Visa status as applied to where and how they would be taxed.

      Updated any status changes for employees concerning name changes due to
       marriage, etc.
      Confirmed and applied tax status changes and benefits changes with new and
       current employees in our Peoplesoft data base.
      Handled any changes in employee type due to contract change. (Example: Change
       from Domestic status to Expatriate status).
      Checked and applied for specific expatriate handling instructions and processed
       accordingly. (Example: Benefits only, Home Balance Sheet, Secondee, etc.)
      In charge of processing general deductions, adjustments, and off sets.
      Detailed the procedures for Expatriate Hires for team management
      Created a procedures Manual of all Applications between SAP and Peoplesoft
      Collected and confirmed missing data when necessary to facilitate the expedition
       of payment
      Periodically participated in clearing exception reports
      Generated reports upon request out of SAP reflecting total compensation and
       various miscellaneous reports as requested by management.
      Entered tax information and additional payroll deductions if expatriate status was
       determined.
      Entered Bonus amounts and changes through the year for stock buy outs as given
       to us by the recruitment department.
      Entered Tuition Payments, Severance Payments, Various Bonus Types
      Recorded and administrated all changes submitted – Leavers, Short Term
       Disability, Personal Leave, transfers between Cost Centers, Countries, and
       Business Entities
      Processed reports at the end of each payroll cycle to confirm payments with
       recruiters and compensation – Bonuses, Referral Fees, Tuition payments etc.
      Processed I-9 information and handled I-9 audit by outside auditors.
      Managed UK and US outsource/consultants in SAP for the different businesses as
       part of a Global Team.
      Assisted Managers with the hiring process of outsource/consultants and directed
       them to our legal department for assistance with vendor agreements and scopes of
       services.
      Confirmed cost centers, position numbers, and length of stay for
       outsource/consultants to facilitate hire.
      Managed the leavers security process for outsource/consultants to make sure all
       access to computer and buildings were shut down within a 24 hour period.
      Executed timely payments of all bills for the payroll and benefits department out
       of AIP and applied payments to the specific GLs and cost centers agreed to by
       A/P and the department.
      Prepared all bills for necessary approvals.
      Set up new vendors and new GLs with accounting department when necessary to
       facilitate payment.
      Interfaced with vendors to clear up payment discrepancies or confirm that
       payment was received.
