Rackers are responsible for affixing small aluminum cosmetic pieces onto titanium metal anodizing racks.
Rackers work side by side on a line, with no more than an arm's length between them. Frequently, lift
and carry boxes of parts weighing no more than 25 pounds. Differentiate between different sizes, shapes
and styles of pieces so as not to mix parts. Fulfill the requirements of each position on the racking line,
including, lead, buff and wheel positions, so that rotation of personnel can be accomplished. Work

* Create product 'CAD' drawings in Adobe Illustrator for both design and technical use
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of the technical role
* Communicate with factories through clear written comments, sketches, photos, or pattern making
* Create tech packs for accessories using clear and simple language and understanding -- "Design For
China"
* Within the tech pack, provide detailed construction information of all product views including front,
back, side, bottom, top, interior views, etc.
* Evaluate size and scale of placement graphics and repeat prints on product
* Understand a wide variety of materials and their uses for accessories
* Evaluate samples for construction and design intent and submit comments to factory
* Serve as the technical expert in product development and client meetings
* Check samples against the spec to ensure they are in they are in the appropriate materials for end use,
correct for measurements and construction details in order to meet the customers standards
* Recommend ideas on construction / materials that would maintain design integrity and consider cost
effectiveness
* Help to create a process for maintaining product performance standards and process
* Manage workflow, deadlines, and communications processes with both internal and external partners

     • College degree in Engineering, with an emphasis on both Mechanical and Industrial.
     • Proven hands-on experience in design.
     • Proven hands-on experience with Solid-Works, GD, CAD and T for 2D drawings.
     • BS in Mechanical Engineering or AS Degree with 2-3 years equivalent experience.

kitchen facilities and equipment. Attend required food safety and sanitation trainings as scheduled. Must

POSITION:
Shift Manager

SITE:
Pataskala Store  78 Oak Meadow Dr  Pataskala, OH

DAYS/HOURS:
35-40 hours per week
Store Hours Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm  Sunday 11am-6pm

DUTIES:
This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager or Manager–in Charge with the daily operations
of the retail store; this includes sorting, pricing & the displaying of donated goods, maintaining records of
sales, voids, coupons & clothing requisitions, as well as all other functions operating a store. This position
must supervise employees, ensure quality control standards are met & complete required trainings for
employees.

REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to meet driving standards.
Must have or be able to arrange for to transportation to regular shifts and in business emergency situations.
Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
Must be able to work evenings.

SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability   to   effectively communicate in writing & verbally, both in person & on the telephone.
Ability   to   add, subtract, multiply, divide & calculate percentages.
Ability   to   count money.
Ability   to   count appropriate change from the register drawer.
Ability   to   operate a cash register, calculator adding machine.
Ability   to   organize and prioritize job duties.
Ability   to   lift, bend, stoop & lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability   to   stand, walk & climb stairs for 8 hours.
Ability   to   meet attendance standards.

HOURLY SALARY:
$8.15/hr  Non-Exempt

Merchandise Processor:
The Merchandise Processor is a demanding position. It requires steady-fast paced work and focus on correct
picking of a large number of items. Associates stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift. Selecting
the correct product and number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to
match, count, and verify products are needed skills. Attention to detail, basic counting and reasoning skills are
necessary.

Merchandise Handler:
A Merchandise Handler is responsible for handling full cases of product, including consistent lifting of cartons
and merchandise. Merchandise Handlers may also receive merchandise into the Distribution Center, maintain
case quantities for picking operations, and help palletize outbound product. This is a strenuous job requiring
the continuous lifting of up to 50 pounds.

High-Lift Operator:
The High Lift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered equipment including:
forklifts, stand up forklifts, order or cherry pickers or cranes. High Lift Operators move cartons, pallets or
other containers of product within the distribution center. The position requires continuous standing,
repetitive motion, lifting of up to 50 pounds, and may operate at heights of 30 feet or more. Requires steady-
fast paced accurate work. Requires a motor vehicle record check. Attention to detail, basic counting and
reasoning skills are necessary.

Outbound Loader:
An Outbound Loader is responsible for consistent lifting of merchandise onto semi trailers. Must possess the
ability to Lift, stack and load merchandise cartons onto and off of conveyor lines, semi trailers, pallets, etc. and
operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move merchandise. The position requires continuous
standing, repetitive motion, lifting of up to 50 pounds, and may operate at heights of 30 feet or more.
Requires steady-fast paced accurate work. Attention to detail, basic counting and reasoning skills are
necessary.

   Full-Time:
           AM: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm
           PM: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm
           3rd: Sun-Thurs 8:30pm-5:00am or 10:00pm-6:30am
   Part-Time:
           AM: Mon-Fri 6:00am-10:00am or 10:30am-2:30pm
           PM: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-6:30pm or 7:00pm-11:00pm
           3RD: Sun-Thurs 10:00pm-2:00am or 2:30pm-6:30pm
