Job Purpose:

Daily operation of Chemistry Common Room to provide Tea and Coffee and other refreshments

Key Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities (6-10 bullet points maximum)                 % Time

      Preparation of hot tea and coffee.                                                  100%

      Collection of daily milk supply

      Cleaning and de-scaling coffee machines.

      Ordering supplies and liaison with suppliers.

      Booking wine glasses, corkscrews, etc out of kitchen and checking returns.

      Daily cash declaration.

      Responding to requests for service (consistent with Grade and facilities)

      Kitchen security

      Cleaning all kitchen surfaces and floor- daily.

Internal & External Relationships: (nature & purpose of relationships)

      School and Professional Service personnel
      Outside parties e.g. Common Room Suppliers

Special Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure at peak times in the Common Room
