Property and Personal Liability Protection Coverage's
A. Dwelling -the amount the house or building is insured at B. Other Structures -10% of A or more with endorsement, covers other buildings not attached to your house C. Personal Property -50% of A or more with endorsement - all the contents of your house that are not fastened down D. Additional Living Expense and Loss of Rents - if your house burns down you will need to rent a house E. Personal Liability (BI and PD) -does not pay you, it will pay the other guy for damage to his body or property for which you are responsible F. Medical Payments (each person) -pays the other guy or their doctors bills without regard to fault, up to three years from the date of the accident

Home Owners Plus Endorsement
Homeowners Plus Provides the following coverage’s for Form 3 only: -Mortgage Extra Expense coverage up to $250 per month for 4 years on first mortgages only. -Refrigerated Products coverage up to $750. Covers loss from power and mechanical failures. A $50 deductible applies. -Tree Debris Removal coverage up to $1,000. -Water Back-up of Sewer or Drains coverage up to $5,000 (additional limits available). A $250 deductible applies. -Waiver of up to $250 of any deductible applying to losses involving broken glass covered under the policy. -Ordinance or Law coverage up to 10% of Coverage A as of the inception of the policy term.
