This course will assist participants with the coordination and implementation of a LAW 9000 system. It examines the impact of management systems on the organisation and how the process approach to management provides structure to such a system. It will enable participants to understand the structure and intent of LAW 9000; the challenges of implementation; the road to certification; change management issues; and the benefits of implementing LAW 9000.
