Best Practices: Lean Six Sigma in Printing Makeready and Setup Reduction

Seminars are scheduled for August 6th, 20th, September 3rd, 17th, and October 1st. This Best Practices workshop will introduce you to the practical application of the Lean Six Sigma tools for makeready and setup reduction in commercial printing. The workshop is designed to provide a responsive approach in utilizing key Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Champion tools to improve makeready times on presses and bindery equipment. Worksheets and directions will be provided so participants can apply the tools to production scenarios from their own companies after each workshop. This will facilitate immediate improvement in production and will help maximize the investment of this process improvement workshop.

Mr. Dolan has authored a new workbook entitled Lean SigmaLite® which is geared to the practical application of a broad range of Lean Six Sigma Tools.
