    IN THIS LESSON WE SIMPLIFIED FACTIONS USING OUR
HAND HELD CALCULATORS AND OUR OVER HEAD. WE
FOUND THE GREATEST COMMON FACTOR BY MULTIPLYING
THE NUMBERS THAT THE CALCULATOR GAVE US WHEN
SIMPLIFYING THE FRACTION THE CALCULATOR GAVE US.
FINALLY WE WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THIS SKILL ON OUR
OWN USING TECHNOLOGY TO CHECK OUR WORK INSTEAD
OF USING IT TO HELP US TO DO OUR WORK.

a game I found to be very helpful was called:
                    Baseball Multiplication
The Way to Play
To play this game you will need a baseball multiplication game mat. 2 six –sided dice 4
pennies a calculator 2 players or 2 teams .The object of this game is to score the most runs
in a 3-inning game. At start of inning the batter puts a penny on home plate. The pitcher
rolls the dice and the batter multiplies the numbers rolled gives answer and pitcher checks it
on calculator. If the answer correct the batter looks on the score table and moves how
many times it says to. Three strikes makes a out if you get out the other person rolls. The
player that has the most runs at the end wins.
Why it Help
 This game help me with my math multiplication skills. This game helped me get better at
doing the facts in my head. This is easier then a work sheet because its fun and you wanted
to win so you had to work hard to win and get the facts right. This game was the best and it
helped me a lot and I think it will help you also.

 Using the computer we were able to create a percent
 circle for our Heritage with out having to use a writing
 tool

We used laptops to help us do are Presentation use the
Kodak Gallery to get all are pictures. We also used
calculators to help us simplify fractions.
          This help us learn how to use a calculator to
simplify the fractions.
In math I am best at multiplying
