FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Food Vendor Space—10’ x 10’
• All Food Vendors MUST PROVIDE their own 4-
sided screened canopies to be permitted. Tables
& Chairs available at an additional cost.
• Health Inspection Checklist must be completed
and available at your booth.
• Please be prepared for Laurel Street Fair and
Alameda County Health Inspections by
9:00a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!


HEALTH PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
All Food Vendors are required to secure their
own food permits from the Alameda County
Environmental Health Department and submit
copies of that permit to the Laurel Street Fair
by July 15, 2011. Fees range from $61.00-
$121.00 and are subject to increased fees after
June 30th. Vendors who do not submit copies of
their permit will be denied access to their booth.

All Food Vendors are required to read and
comply with all Alameda County health
regulations.

Please be advised, food permits not
submitted at least 10 days prior to the event
are subject to 50% penalty fees by the
Alameda County Environmental Health
Department.
