President’s Letter,
What a wonderful quilts show!!! So many beautiful quilts and many talented people we have in our guild.
Congratulations to all the winners. I would like to send a big THANK YOU Jo-Ann Lightfoot for being in
charge of the quilt show. She really did a wonderful job. I would also like to thank all the committees for all
their hard work. Things run more smoothly when everyone pitches in. I hope you all have new ideas from all
the wonderful vendors to work on for next years show.
We are setting up a workshop for April with Linda Ramrath to make the Bali bags she was demonstrating at the
show. Check out her website at www.inspired layers.com. Sign up and more information will be at the next
meeting. Cary Flanagan will be speaking on Asian quilts this meeting. We are starting to schedule 2011 2012
speakers. Any speakers or topics you would like to see please let us know.
Piecefully yours,
Robin
