                                                                      and charges of contributing to the delinquency of a
                                                                      minor, extortion and attempt to commit a felony.
                                                                      The acts occurred between April and June 2004.

                                                                      he tried to obtain a hospital photo ID. When the
                                                                      police went to arrest him he was in scrubs and had
                                                                      told his parents he was going to work at the
                                                                      hospital. He was arrested on 3 counts of practicing
                                                                      medicine without a license, grand theft and
                                                                      possession with intent to deliver prescription drugs.

                                                                                was given an injection and suffered side effects.

                                                                        Stephen Arnett. Arnett arranged for Michael‟s

                                                                        Michael pleaded guilty to one count of practicing
                                                                        medicine without a license. He served six months
                                                                        and was sentenced to four years of supervised
                                                                        probation.
                                                                        In August 2006 Michael violated his probation and
                                                                        charged in federal court in Las Vegas with bank
                                                                        fraud and other charges. He is currently in a Las
                                                                        Vegas jail awaiting an October 16th trial date.
