A. Position Purpose (Briefly summarize why this position exists; discuss the key role or function this position serves to the organization.)
Advises leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the project portfolio, status and resource planning for
delivering strategic business Initiatives. Plans, directs, and ensures the successful management of designed business solutions
utilizing the complete resources of the PMO Office and assigned project management teams. Provides technical assistance in
identifying, evaluating and developing methods and procedures that are efficient, t effective and meet good business practice.
Maintains excellent communication with upper management both within and across organizations to ensure smooth running of all
projects undertaken by team. Responsible for leading PMO in a mature and organization-focused manner, providing help where
necessary to project a professional image. Has expert experience in Project/Program Management and able to lead in the
coaching and mentoring of team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables. Assesses resource
loads and makes appropriate individual assignments.

   Experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials
   Experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed hardware and software applications
   7+ years minimum experience in Project Management
   7+ years minimum experience in telecommunications industry preferred
   7 years minimum Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience
   5 years minimum experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools
Education/Vocational Training (Specify any educational and/or vocational requirements for this position e.g., areas of specialty,
degrees/ certifications/licenses.)
A four year degree or equivalent experience (7+ years of project management experience/training and 7+ years of management

Environmental/Physical Demands (Identify any notable environmental or physical demands associated with this position e.g.,
factors relating to vision, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, use of hands/fingers, heavy lifting, exposure to weather, chemicals,
moving mechanical parts, etc.)
