Deadlines and Conditions
Please, find herewith enclosed all Entry Forms which each interested National Federation
is due to properly fill and return to the Organizing Committee in agreement with the
specific deadlines.
Wildwater World Championships
NUMERICAL ENTRY FORM.
In this form the number of boats , listed by category, should be reported by each Federation.
If you fill this form and properly list the participating boats by each category and by Classic
and Sprint events, we will be able to better plan the daily schedule. The number of coaches
in attendance is also requested. This form must reach the Organizing Committee by:
19th April 2008
NOMINAL ENTRY FORM.
In this form all details regarding the participating paddlers are requested: Personal datas,
categories ( K1m, K1w, C1 m, C2 m ).
For the C2 boat, please kindly list the name of the paddler sitting front (f) and back (b).
C1 Women e C2 Women is also included and is to be considered an International race.
For each paddler , the classic, sprint, team classic, team sprint Races are to be specifically
clarified. This form must reach the Organizing Committee by
20th May 2008
ENTRY FORM – TEAM MEMBERS.
In this form names and some personal details of the attending Members of Federations
should be reported, further to the name and personal contact numbers of the Team Leader.

Forms delivered to different recipients or later than expected will not be considered.
Each entered member ( paddler, coach and member ) is to pay a participation fee of
€ 30,00 ( the insurance is included ) .

In agreement with art. 36.6.1.2. Wildwater Racing Competition Rules, “the entries will
only be accepted from fully paid up members of the ICF” , all entering Federations must
be complying with the a.m. ICF Rule.
ACCOMODATION AND TRANSPORTION
National Federations are kindly requested to fill the accomodation form and return it to
the O.C. in due time.
SUPPORT FOR SMALL DELEGATIONS.
In agreement with the ICF WW Committee, some Nations have been listed in order to
help them attend this important Canoeing event. Those Delegations are requested
to fill the relevant form and return it together with the numerical entries and in agreement
with that specific deadline.
Wildwater Master World Race
Master races are for:
A35, B40, C45, D50, E55, F60
No max number of boats for each Federation is required.
Anyway, each category must have al least five (5) paddlers entered to represent at least three
different nationalities.
If the above conditions are not complied, that category will join the previous category.

Paddle Ability races will be taking place in the Classic category only.
Master races are for: A, K1Men; K1 Women; C1, C2

Maggiore Rent offers special rental rates with proof of competition membership at the World
Championship at time of booking . The Committee will provide to athletes, functionaries and
coaches credentials proving registration in the competition which can be used to apply for special
