how do i stop these BAD eating habbits.? :/?
okay im a little over weight and im gonna start dieting anyways i just wanna say. i have verry bad eating habbits like i would eat a huge bowl of rice and. eat and
when no one is looking i would go back to the kitchen and eat more and more. and i would keep doing that. :/ i want to stop these eating habbits cause some
people just eat some dinner and stop eating un like me :/

Do things that keep you occupied so you don't get bored and go eat.

Same situation. I'm 230 pounds and I'm 16 I'm 6 foot tall. I lost 20 pounds in a month. You have to just think when you eat your gaining weight but certain foods
you can eat as much as you want !

It kind of depends on what is causing you to eat. It might be good to talk to your family doctor, just to make sure you don't have any health problems affecting your
appetite. Thyroid conditions can make you eat too much, for example. If that all checks out, then think about why you go back and eat more. Are you just craving
the taste of the food? Are you genuinely hungry? Are you bored and don't have anything to do? Are you feeling unhappy? All of these might help you figure it out
and decide how to respond. You could try eating more slowly when you do eat. Your body takes awhile to tell your brain that you're not hungry anymore, so if you
eat more slowly, then it's less likely that you'll overeat. You could also try drinking water instead of eating more, when you say you sneak back to the kitchen.
Water can be filling, and it might make your body "change its mind" about eating. Finding other things to do might also help. So if you feel like sneaking to get
more food, try to do something else, like go for a walk, or read a book, or something else you like to do. It might take some time to figure it out, but don't beat
yourself up about it. It's good that you recognize it's a problem and that you want to do something about it. It might take will power and practice, but this is a good
