Addicted to exercise? Teen girl?
Hi i am 14 years old, 5'5 and 119 lbs. every single day i wake up at 7:00 and go for a 2 hour run. I run 11 or 12 miles. The run usrd to be an hour, then hour and a
half , and now its 2 hours. I really dont enjoy running but if i dont run i feel fat all day long. I really want to skip a run today but im afraid i will gain weight. Am i like

Why are all your questions about weight and exercise? You're obsessed with your diet and exercising. That's a good thing that you care, but too much will be bad
for you! I think you should cut it back down to one hour, that would be healthy. You can run for a longer time if you eat more junk food.

You have an eating disorder or something wrong. See a psychologist.
