      " That the directors are entitled to salary, wages, rent, allowances, incentives or whatsoever

      financial benefits only to the extent of £ 2,50,000(0.25 million pounds) till the overall profit of

      the company reaches £1,250,000 (1.25 million pounds)and that upto £1.00 million (ONE

      MILLION POUNDS) of this profit shall be Donated to charity each year."




      The above resolution was passed unanimously by all the directors.
