Agenda: 1 Basecamp update (who’s done what?) 2 Accord progress (Minimal take-up - what is Alex doing?) 3 Docstoc/Slideshare: Did we add stuff in there? Did anyone try and get in? (Slideshare wouldn’t let me in, Docstoc did but there’s nothing in there yet) I’ll probably add the minutes of these meeting tin there if that’s Ok with everyone. 4 Adding books etc (as per Thomas’ note of last week). What do we need to do?
1) Outstanding items have been updated 2) Three people have signed up per - Alex. “Alex got no reply from his first mail. Started contacting individuals”. DECISION: Should go ahead with the 3 people who have committed. Should also contact the others. Dominic: Should do a reconciliation with the list and the current participants. ACTION Thomas : Find out who the 3 people are. ACTION Dominic: Reconcile back to list and contact directly.
3) ACTION: Add minutes to Docstoc - GC Slideshare documents to be published only after review and only via authorised account holders (DOM, Thomas or Gary) 4) Books etc. How to publicise them? “Written by BPM Nexus community members.” Complete list to be added to Slieshare. Link to be added on Nexus as a forum entry. ACTION: Call for books to be added to the newsletter (either self written or recommended) on the subject of BPM) - Gary ACTION: Add these to slideshare - Dominic ACTION Create a link on nexus to Slideshare - GC
