My Asus computer keeps rebooting after I try to factory reset, won't stop!?

I wanted to factory reset my Asus k53e new computer. I pressed F9 and everything seemed to be working fine until it booted into the Windows 7 desktop. It was
low resolution, and it has a thing over it saying computer configuring or something like that, then reboots and says installing updates and never gets to the set up
screen. Please help!
