        Direct work experience in a project management capacity
        Proven experience in people management
        Proven experience in strategic planning
        Proven experience in risk management
        Proven experience in change management
        Experience in project management approaches and methodologies


        Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge
        Knowledge of business issues and processes
        A strong analytical understanding of relevant business issues and trends/factors
        Knowledge of what goes into a business plan or a business case
        Background in process design and development.

        University degree or Diploma in business, management, finance, information technology or social
         sciences, or 5 years progressive related experience
        Critical thinking and problem solving
        Planning and organizing
        Influencing and leading
        Conflict and mediation management
        Well-developed skills with all the Microsoft Office products and a working knowledge of the Internet
         and search engines
        Proficient in project management software such as MS Excel and MS Project
        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
        Ability to think strategically and broadly
        Negotiation skills
        Strong facilitation skills
        Build, maintain and enhance client relationships and teams
        Lead the planning and implementation of projects
        Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
        Define project tasks and resource requirements
        Develop comprehensive project plans
        Assemble and build high performance teams
        Manage a project budget and project resources
      Manage project timelines effectively
      Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
      Provide direction and support to a project team
      Quality assurance
      Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
      Issues management, solution and escalation as appropriate
      Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results
      Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
      Identify and proactively resolve conflicting needs and priorities
      Work within a team environment
      Respond to change in direction due to priority changes
