Painful lump in armpit (ingrown hair or swollen lymph node?)?

For about 3 or 4 days now, I've had this 'lump' in my left armpit. I did shave prior to getting this bump. but I'm not entirely sure its an ingrown hair. Its a bit bigger,
a little bit larger than a size of a pea. It's a bit red, and its painful to the touch. Should I get it checked out? What could it be? :/

Best answer

A cyst or if your pregnant a clogged milk gland.
